Florence is a very welcoming and pleasant host. The apartment is very functional, really clean, it smells good, located in a quiet place with a just splendid view to contemplate the sunrise from the terrace around a good coffee 😊 15/20 min from Annecy or even 10 min from the lake on foot and beginnings (bakery, grocery store, etc...) Many activities are to be done nearby, bikes (bike paths), boat, paragliding 15 min by car, beautiful hikes for nature lovers nearby, well connected with public transport. I loved this apartment in Duingt, it's close to everything, we were with family with 2 kids and the kids loved it too!!! Thank you Florence for your hospitality and kindness

This stay was peaceful and off the beaten path with easy access to anything you can imagine! The chalet itself is cleverly designed, the bed is comfortable and the shower is great. Monigue and her family are lovely, as are the turtles! If ever we return, we will choose to stay here again. Very highly recommended! Thank you Monique~

Fantastic location ! Large and neatly furnished accommodation. Lovely balcony on 2 sides of the residence with excellent seating and even loungers. The only downside is the through road between the residence and the lake. This causes some noise pollution. Cycling in the area is recommended, perfect bike paths around the lake. bike paths around the lake.

Great apartment on the ground floor with covered terrace. free parking, walking distance to a small supermarket, bakery, bar and restaurant as well as to the lake. Fast and direct communication. Great hosts, would come back. There were four of us on a motar bike trip. From there, great starting point for tours in Haute Savoie.
