Located a 20-minute walk from the center of Saint-Jorioz, 30-minute walk from the beach or 10-minute bike ride (allow a little more on the way back because it climbs a little!). You can reach Annecy in 30 minutes by bike via the cycle path along the lake.

Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.

Le Nant Terlain – 800 m from the lake

Accommodation in part of our primary residence. Nant Terlain is the name of the stream that runs through the garden and you will hear the small waterfall on the terrace. In this peaceful retreat live hedgehogs, cats etc... in harmony, you may see them pass by on the terrace. You understand why we can't accept your pets.
