Holiday rentals with a patio in Düsseldorf

the apartment was in top condition, beautifully furnished and very clean. the two bathrooms were very practical for 5 people. the bedrooms are large and cozy. The communication was uncomplicated and inquiries were always answered quickly. we would be happy to take you there again at any time.

The place was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn't be better，easy access to public transport. The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything you might need. What impressed us most was the cozy ambiance - the warm lighting, charming artwork，comfortable bedding and plants arrangement made it feel like a home away from home. We truly appreciated Daria quick responses and helpful local recommendations. Would 100% recommend this listing to anyone visiting Dusseldorf.

In everything, studio corresponded to the descriptions and is located on a park-like area. An environment to feel good with lots of green. You have to cope with the narrow bed (1.40 m) if you live in the apartment as a couple. Unpleasant is the attention via a private road, which the neighbor rigorously provided with floor thresholds in front of his property, which are uncomfortable to run over. Orientation of the outdoor seating/ terrace towards the north-east offers enough light and sun in summer.

We had a wonderful stay! We really appreciated the beautifully decorated modern and new space. The bed is so comfortable and the bathroom with heated floors and towel rail was such a bonus! The kitchen was kindly stocked with delicious goodies and essentials like milk and coffee- a real treat after a long trip from the USA. Our host was extremely kind and responsive. We loved our stay and can’t wait to be back, thanks so much!

Great apartment for up to 4 people in a good location. You can comfortably walk to the old town, and it's a quick walk to the banks of the Rhine. Public transport less than 5 minutes away. The bathroom is nice and very large. There was fruit, water/beer and chocolate snacks available, thank you.

Very stylishly designed accommodation with everything you need for a short stay. For a longer stay, the kitchen might be too small, but that's perhaps also an individual thing, since I like to cook myself. Public transport is within walking distance, the way back to the apartment is a good calf workout if, like me, you come from the flat countryside. :) Communication was great. I had a few questions about the arrival in advance, which could all be clarified quickly and in good time, so that a relaxed arrival was possible. We traveled as a couple and felt very comfortable. We slept very well in the bed, it was very comfortable. Overall, it was a nice stay in a nice, small basement apartment.

i felt very comfortable Above all, the small terrace creates a charm for the apartment. In the hot summer, the apartment is pleasantly cool. Only those who like to sleep with the window open cannot do so, as the terrace door can only be fully opened. It was too unsafe for me. Otherwise, great. Location, accessibility, supermarket proximity, city center proximity, car parking space - highly recommended!

We were warmly welcomed and were able to sleep peacefully. Alessandra even baked us a banana bread, we were very happy about it. Clear recommendation!

Big place with three separate bedrooms and very clean. Great bathroom and shower, kitchen has anything you need. TV is very easy to cast to when on the same WiFi. One bedroom is accessible through another, the floor downstairs is very squeaky and the lamp above the table isn't working - but those are the biggest - we could find. Really liked it!

Andrea is a wonderful hostess who knows how to make her guests feel at home from the start. The house is simply class!!! Leaves nothing to be desired - it is a real dream - absolutely recommended!!! I stayed with a friend for a visit to Japan Day in Düsseldorf.The property was two stories and the accommodation was comfortable.The main bedroom on the first floor has a double bed, and the other room has 4 small beds.The hotel right next to the property serves as the reception and will help you with key handover and any problems you may have.I want to use it again.

Super nice hosts, helpful and friendly. The apartment itself is very nicely located and beautifully designed. I can only highly recommend a stay here. Certainly my "place to be address" for traveling to Düsseldorf.

It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

Tiny house with everything you need. The kitchen utensils in particular were great (new and high quality). The washing machine (with integrated dryer) was great. For more than a few days, the house would be too small and not private enough for us. The location of the terrace on the (very quiet) street, without greenery and opposite the landlords, was not so attractive. It can get very warm under the roof in summer.

It was a very, very nice stay in this accommodation. We were able to relax well and felt comfortable right away. If we had any questions, etc., we could contact them at any time and we were very warmly welcomed. The apartment itself was very clean and exactly as described. There is nothing to improve. Consider yourselves really lucky and blessed if you can get a booking at this place at your desired dates! This apartment, and so the owners: Ulf & Charlotte, are truly deserving the 5 stars-rating by all their guests who had been here before us! :) The other guests already wrote pretty much everything we wanted to write, about how squeaky clean everything is in this apartment, how comfortable, how quiet, how modern it is, etc., and it provides everything you need for a short or even long stay. They even have an EV charger! And with the parking space just right outside the entrance door, is really convenient! And another thing that was super nice was the 2 AC units (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room), and they put shutters at all windows! which is great! not only for privacy but also to prevent heat coming from the outside. We were staying here during a very hot weekend, which was up to 32°-33°C (with real feel of 34°). But we were super comfortable inside the apartment.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation and felt immediately comfortable. WOULD RECOMMEND
