Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Newly-renovated apartment on the first and second floors of an old building. The house is located in a residential and central area of Venice, in a very quiet courtyard, away from the intense tourist traffic. You will be immersed in the Venetian atmosphere! The docking, literally within walking distance of the front door, will make it very easy to get to the apartment, from any direction, by water taxi. Relax at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
