The price is for 2 people. For each additional person, 10€/day is paid. Maximum number of guests 4. The yurt includes a wellness center, which is paid on the spot (20€/day). Don't worry, we will contact you in time after booking and confirm all additional services. Enjoy a beautiful view of the pond right from the yurt. There will be a flock of sheep running around you. The building is fenced. If you are missing anything, you can use the services of the established guest house, which is a "few" steps from the yurt, but you will still feel like you are alone.

Generous paradise amidst donkey, sheep, lamas, cats, forest, meadows and fields and still relatively close to Berlin. The apartment has 5 rooms (3 double beds, 8 single beds) and a Mongolian yurt (1 double bed, 2 single beds), two bathrooms with five showers, three toilets, a bathtub, outdoor pool, sauna, huge living room (70 square meters) and 'Glashaus' kitchen (65 square meters). Everything is newly built and designed. If you want to enjoy peaceful and relaxing days with family, families or a group, you're in the right place.

The house is exposed to the south/west sun from morning until sunset, it is surrounded by majestic cypresses, an incredible, breathtaking view, it will surprise you!!! The Prenestini and Lepini mountains frame the immense valley of the Sacco river, an immense natural amphitheater, a place to spend holidays and weekends to regenerate, next to mother earth.🙏🖐 one hour from Rome. The national blue hiking trail passes this 2.5-hectare land and you can reach in less than 5kms the Roman waterfall walking by the Gaja stream. Easy access by car, 1.5 hours from Budapest, 30 minutes from Veszprém, and 40 minutes to Lake Balaton. The yurt is very modern, with all amenities available. Surrounded by an in-progress permaculture garden and the Bakony forest.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
