You’ll stay in a private and peaceful setting right by the lake, surrounded by natures calm – yet still close to both the archipelago and the city. Here you’ll find tranquility, beautiful views and thoughtful details that make the stay feel like home. Living room – Bright and spacious with high ceilings and large windows facing both the treetops and the lake just a few steps away. There’s a dining area, a comfortable sofa for relaxing, and books, board games and light workout equipment available to borrow. Kitchen – Modern and fully equipped for convenient cooking: double hotplates, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee press and all the utensils and tableware you need. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided – so you can always enjoy a warm cup with the view. Bathroom/WC – Fresh and fully tiled with shower, soap, shampoo and hairdryer. A washing machine is available for longer stays and laundry, so you can travel with lighter luggage. Sleeping loft – Upstairs you’ll find a cozy loft with a made-up double bed (can be separated into two single beds – let us know if you’d like this prepared), a spacious wardrobe, hangers, iron, extra blankets and books for calm, slow mornings and restful evenings to unwind before bedtime.

One week before arrival, you will be asked to provide the ID of one guest, along with payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. Elevators are rare in Venice: there are around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. There is a luggage delivery service directly to the apartment. There is a luggage storage room.
