Surrounded by lots of local restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets, and right in the heart of all Festivals as well!

It’s the perfect location for exploring the city, close to the Playhouse, bus station and train station. Very good tram links to airport from York Place. It’s about 15 minutes to walk to the Old Town, the busier and older side of the city centre.

It's found in a Victorian building dated 1888, on a quiet cul-de-sac street only 7 minutes walk from Holyrood Palace. Self-check in by key box, on to a quiet and tucked away tenement stair (1st floor, 19 steps, no elevator) flat, though we're happy to meet up and give you any tips or recommendations that you require. We are Airbnb hosts of almost 4 years and happy to share our experience.

This bright and airy traditional tenement flat is located in the upmarket area of Newington. Edinburgh city centre is around a half an hour walk or 10/15 minutes via public transport. Our apartment has traditional features such as a real fire place, high ceiling and cornices. The flat has recently been modernised with a well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. We have all the cooking equipment you need to cook a lovely meal.
