Louise’s place was everything I could ask for. It had all the things I needed in the room. It was a very comfortable stay even though I had a shared bathroom. The location was also near town and I could easily take the bus to the city. She’s also very accommodating and responsive. She gave me extra blankets and a yoga mat to borrow when I requested for one. More than just the friendly welcome, the house was also very beautiful. I adored the decoration and the books so much. It was an affordable stay and could not have asked for a better stay and host!

great place in a calm and green neighbourhood. perfect for visiting Edinburgh (40 min bus) from a calm location. place was clean and very comfortable. felt welcoming with some chocolate , tea and coffee ready to use. host responds wel and gives proper and friendly advise. only small remark: the bed is comfortable but a little on the small side for 2 persons.

At Kramat, you get what you expect. Communication is friendly and clear. Kramat is friendly and helpful, he has his stay well organized.

Guy's property was perfect for our group of four. There was plenty of space for privacy and plenty of space to hang out together. Everything was in good condition and very clean. We really appreciated the dedicated parking space. The location was great too... it was a bit of a walk into the city centre but as we are all used to doing a lot of walking this was no problem. Overall we had an excellent stay in a beautiful city... would definitely stay here again.

The place was in a 200 year old Georgian townhouse. It was the best place we stayed on our trip & one of the best Air B&B we have ever stayed. Emily was an amazing host. We loved coming back to a quiet place after the craziness of Old Town. Emily’s recommendations were spot on.

This airbnb is on the edge of a big park, which makes it a peaceful environment. It’s about 15/20 mins walk to old town. The room is great and has everything you’ll need. The self check in is very convenient, and we could leave our bags at the accommodation until we needed to leave on the day we left.

We had a lovely stay at the Stockbridge Townhome and enjoyed walking to local spots close by. The home itself was well appointed and provided everything we needed to feel welcomed. Staying outside of old town was a great choice!

Very clean & comfortable apartment. Very accessible to Edinburgh city centre, buses close by & only 15mins from the airport by taxi/uber. Overall we had a great stay in a very clean & comforatble appartment with all the amenitites we could possibly need! Roy was a great host, very helpful & he checked in with us to ensure all was ok

ansie's place was the perfect spot to enjoy the full Edinburgh experience, with the city center right on your doorstep. Tansie was an exceptional host—proactive, responsive, and welcoming. Her beautiful home was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. Upon our arrival, Tansie warmly greeted us and clearly explained the house rules. She also welcomed us with a thoughtful touch: a bunch of fresh strawberries, milk, and biscuits, which we truly appreciated. Additionally, she kindly allowed us a late checkout to accommodate our late flight, which made our departure much more convenient. The house is located on a quiet street, easily accessible from the airport. We enjoyed exploring the neighbourhood which offers plenty of charming coffee shops and restaurants. Being just minutes away from Princes Street, the location was incredibly central. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were very happy with our experience. We would definitely love to return.

Douglas, Mateusz and Max were incredible. The room was very clean and equipped with everything you could need, and the townhome is very close to buses which are very easy to get around the city with. Douglas was very helpful in giving great suggestions for us and was really pleasant to talk to! Max was extremely friendly and never failed to greet us with a tail wag when we got home. Overall, we recommend this place very very much, thanks for everything Douglas, Mateusz and Max!

We chose this place because we wanted to be central - spend time together as a family whilst visiting other family members for a sad funeral. Getting any kind of hotel in Edinburgh would have cost a fortune, and would not have given us anything like the space, comfort etc we wanted and needed. Thanks for being there for us

Incredible location at the base of the royal mile within 20 minutes walk of the train station and old Edinburgh’s key sites, with amenities nearby and short hike to the spectacular views at Arthur’s seat. Cozy home for our family to rest, with charming rooms for our kids. It was a surprisingly quiet neighbourhood. Bedding was soft and there were nice windows and the place was warm.

Emma's place was fantastic. As beautiful as it looks in the photos and so comfortable and welcoming we could have just moved in and felt completely at home. It's a quiet, private spot in an upscale neighborhood but also just steps away from wonderful restaurants and shops and a short walk to the heart of Edinburgh. Emma offered a great list of recommendations that enhanced our stay. She communicated well and check-in was easy and accommodating. Would love to return on my next visit to the city.

Sam’s flat is an easy and quick walk from the train station. The instructions on how to get inside and outside were very clear. The room and the bathroom were absolutely pristine as well as the rest of the space. It took me 10 min to walk to all the attractions and there are plenty of places close by to grab a tasty coffee, a full meal, or groceries. As to the host himself - nobody knows the city or its history better than Sam does: he is absolutely wonderful, quick to respond, provides unbeatable recommendations, is very trustworthy, funny and I will absolutely stay with Sam again, if he agrees to it 🙂

Superb property. Clean and tidy and in a perfect spot

Andrea is an amazing host! Her beautiful house is located in a peaceful neighborhood and was spotlessly clean with spacious rooms. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, and check-in instructions were very clear. Andrea is also very responsive. We were pleasantly surprised by a welcome basket with snacks, and appreciated the private parking space. Overall, we had an amazing experience at Andrea's place. The location is convenient, with many supermarkets and great food options nearby. Andrea's local guide book was also incredibly helpful for exploring the area. We highly recommend this place if you're planning to visit places around Glasgow, Falkirk, Edinburgh, Loch Lomond, or taking a day trip on the A82.

Katrina and David were super friendly and helpful hosts. Everything was as described. Comfy beds and whole house clean. Felt like home. Would not hesitate to recommend and would return if ever in this area again.

Fantastic stay & great location! We all loved our stay. House is exactly as photos show. It was cleaned to perfection, had lots of space to relax Andalusia 4 bedrooms being en-suite was very convenient. The house is very close to great restaurants and bars and a short walk to the beach. Clare was a very friendly and proactive host.

Liane's place was everything we expected. Very clean and organized including all the kitchen ware required for our visit. As were were travelling with Golf gear, the private parking was a bonus for us - the place feels very private - yet within 5 minute walk of all the cafe's, Restaurants and Pubs. Hope to stay there again on a future visit to this amazing part of Scotland
