Small kitchenette and living room in a shared space. Bathroom with shower. Great views to the east, south and west of the house. In the summer, there is a vibrant and diverse bird life in the environment and sheep with lambs grazing nearby. Easy access to the house and free parking. Another guesthouse is nearby.

The house has over a century of history and features a calm and cozy interior with everything you need for a comfortable stay in the prettiest town in East Iceland. Berg is a bright and warm studio apartment on the first floor with three single beds that can be moved together. The apartment has a kitchen unit with everything you'll need for simple cooking, a bathroom with a shower, and a cozy heating floor. Out the window and from the platform, you'll see a view down to Lagarfljót and over green ground. Parking just outside the door and easy access to the apartment.

The apartment includes: 2 bedrooms with twin beds( beds for 4 persons). 1 bathroom with a shower. Kitchenette that includes: a microwave, small fridge, sink, kettle and coffee, dishes and cutlery. No stove or pots or pans. The apartment is not shared with anyone.
