John’s place is fantastic! We traveled with my sister’s family and we had kids ranging from 9 to 17. They had a blast playing all of the games in the house and hanging in the hot tub. We didn’t utilize the amenities for young kids but the house was very well equipped for that. Truly a perfect spot for families! Highly recommend!

It was absolutely charming. We enjoyed our short stay, only regret was not having more time to enjoy it more. Beds and bedding was comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked. Plenty of thick towels and beach towels. My grandsons loved sleeping in the loft. We were 20 minutes away from Sea World minutes from great parks for the boys. The owner was wonderful. This was the perfect place to wake up and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. It was quiet and had a great view of the ocean. The deck was a peaceful place to eat meals, hang out and read. Super close to the beach and great restaurants. We will be back.

the property is nice. the hosts communicate well. just a heads up, it is a 9-15minute walk to the beach access depending what access is open and what you're taking with you. overall, we liked our stay!

Karl’s Airbnb is a home away from home in a beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood!! We loved our stay here, from the decor, to the amenities and suggestions for restaurants and attractions, to the easy access to the beach and nearby gliderport, we had an amazing time! Karl is also very friendly and always responsive, which we appreciated. He sent thorough instructions beforehand to ensure we found the location, and everything was very easy to access. It’s just out of the way enough to be quiet, but places like San Diego, Coronado, and Encinitas are closeby for exploring! If you’re looking for a beautiful stay in a convenient location, this is it! We had a great stay at Emily's place and highly recommend it. We were traveling as a multigenerational family (5 adults, 1 toddler), and the setup was perfect for our group. We loved the proximity to all our favorite spots in Cardiff and Encinitas, while also being convenient to the 5 for trips into San Diego. It was beautifully remodeled and you can tell they didn't cut corners on the quality or furnishings. We appreciated that it was well stocked (even with some children's toys!) and that it was just as comfortable as being in our own home. Emily is also very accommodating as a host and very detailed in the house manual and instructions. We hope to visit again soon!

It is a perfect place if you're looking to make a quick trip to Oceanside. We only stayed for a night and half a day, but it was perfect for what we needed, a place to sleep and quick access to downtown to attend celebrations with friends. Betsy was super communicative and friendly, no issues whatsoever.

JB and Ana were great hosts and were wonderfully accommodating. This was a great private room in a very convenient location. I was definitely satisfied with my experience, especially the ease of check-in/out.

This place is all about location. I came for a work trip so really just needed a place to sleep.. however it’s very comfortable and you won’t feel crowded at all if you’re one person. Martha is very attentive and kind. You can walk to amazing coffee, restaurants and the beach in 5 min easily and the neighborhood is very quiet. I would for sure stay there again!

I've had multiple stays at Rick and Robyn's place, there's a reason I continue to book with them. Love the condo, sleek and modern, yet incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend

We loved our stay at this home! Very comfortable for two couples and an infant. Walkable to the beach, we watched a beautiful sunset minutes from the home. Nice breakfast options nearby and lots of children’s toys/activities. Host was responsive and helpful. Would rent again.

We loved our stay! The place was accurately described and clean. There were nice touches throughout the place and Karin's binder of suggestions for food and activities was extremely helpful - she's done all of the work for you. The outside area is really nice and relaxing. We had bad luck with weather (June gloom!) so we were inside more than we wanted to be so it got a little tight especially with doing the dishes.

I couldn’t have chosen a better place to visit my son, who is currently serving in the Marines. We were both able to rest deeply in a big, soft, comfortable bed something we hadn’t shared in a long time. The house had everything we needed; if I needed something from the kitchen, it was there. Nothing was missing. I was able to cook for him, we shared a beach day, and for a few days, it felt like we were home again. It was a safe, cozy, and truly special place. I’m deeply grateful for this week and for the joy of spending it with my son. 5 stars without a doubt! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe stay full of heart.

My partner enjoyed all the amenities and relaxing near the beach was perfect for our get away. The staff was friendly and showed us great stores and restaurants to go to. Would definitely book again.

Great place, easy walk to beach or downtown. Ryan’s place is very well stocked with everything you could need. We had a great time!! There was even a Christmas tree up (we were there over Christmas) which made it feel very homey. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Beautiful spot on the 6th floor of basically the only tallish building around. The views were incredible and the location was great. Nice quiet area, right on the ocean, and the sunsets were insane. Nice and clean.

Our second stay here was Wonderful! So close to the beach and downtown Oceanside! Also, a fully stocked garage full of bikes, water toys and everything you could ever need.

A wonderful condo in the Omi resort.Has everything you need , fully stocked .great views out of the 2 sliders .A Walkable area in the resort and a lagoon and beaches not faraway. I enjoyed the walks in the resort and the restaurant.

I stay in many rentals. It's the little things like coffee pods, bath products, pool towels, good tp - that make Robyn's place all 5 stars.
