This is the most beautiful little apartment. It is so tastefully decorated and has everything one would need for a short stay. Don’t be deceived by the slightly tired appearance of the entrance and very steep steps to reach the 2nd floor. Once stepping into the apartment we were completely bowled over by the finish and attention to detail. The view is just incredible. It was magical to watch the river scenery throughout the different times of day from the 3 living room windows overlooking the river. The dark blinds and sliding bedroom door turned the sleeping space into a quiet, dark and private space. Great for a relaxing lie in. Everything was spotlessly clean & beds and sofas most comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment and Valerie was a perfect host. Thank you so much.

Great location and beautiful flat. We took our 1 year old with us and it was perfectly suited to him toddling around too. Very clean and modern interior. Would highly recommend!

We hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf, Florence en haar echtgenoot zijn supervriendelijk en stonden altijd klaar om te helpen en of om raad te geven. Het verblijf zelf was kraaknet, gemakkelijk te bereiken en ook een veilige plaats was voorzien voor de wagen. We hebben een mooie week doorgebracht in Saint Valery Sur Somme. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Nogmaals hartelijk dank aan Florence en aan haar echtgenoot. Dirk en Marleen uit Wevelgem België.

Il n’y a pas suffisamment de mots pour décrire cette expérience exceptionnelle! L’appartement est décoré avec du goût, des prestations haut de gamme, à quoi bon prendre un hôtel alors que ce genre d’appartement existe? Hygiène TOP Deco TOP Comfort TOP Les équipements TOP Le sauna, le jaccuzi, le système sonos, les lumières etc… tout est fait pour rendre le séjour féerique. Un seul point: vous n’allez pas trouver le temps de dormir 😉 prendre des vitamines avant de séjourner

Weekend très agréable et une jolie surprise en découvrant ce petit coin de baie de la somme que nous ne connaissions pas. Nous recommandons vivement à la fois la région et l'hébergement de Carole et Sébastien idéalement situé et vraiment impeccable. On se sent comme à la maison. Merci !

Kate’s Place is beyond description. Perfect in every way. The converted barn has every modern convenience. Comfortable, lots of room, very stylish, quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows which is always very important we loved it. Easy access to the west, London or the further south. We made several day trips. Kate is an amazing host and made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison qui était vraiment parfaite. Tout était impeccable : très propre, bien équipée, il ne manquait absolument rien. La vue était incroyable, et l’accès direct à la plage est un vrai plus qui fait toute la différence. C’est une location que nous recommandons sans hésiter, et que nous relouerons avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente. Merci pour tout !

What an amazing find! Utterly private and feels very rural. Even though the lovely village of St Agnes and glorious beaches and towns are only a short distance away! Very cosy and eclectic home with some delicious treats and a bottle of fizz left by Kate and Simon. If you do stay, you HAVE TO use Sunny Spice, whether it’s for takeaway or eat in. Best South Indian food and yummy dosas I’ve had outside of London or Kerala! Thank you for making us so welcome and for the brilliant recommendations of places to go and local eateries.

Magnifique gite cocooning avec sa decoration epuré une hygiene irréprochable, linge de lit serviette fournie gel douche lave main ,une petite cour avec son sauna ses transat et ses lumieres tamiser , un jaccuzzy enorme tres propre, tout est niquel comme sur les photos , petite attention des hotes qui font plaisir et surtout tres gentille , tres reactif tout est la pour vous passiez une nuit magique merci a amelie et maxime de donner du bonheur aux gens via leur gite insolite en attendant de revenir pour tester la grotte nous reviendrons avec une immense joie 😊 aurelie et thierry 😊😊🥰

Two weeks in paradise! Maison UMI is a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty, charm, and tranquility. The house is immaculate. A perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Every room is bright, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a peaceful place to unwind. The pool was a highlight. Pristine, sun soaked, and surrounded by idyllic countryside views. We spent hours floating and relaxing under the blue sky. In a huge secure garden which our mini dachshund enjoyed exploring safely. The location is superb: nestled in picturesque countryside, yet just a short drive from charming villages. With Shops and supermarkets also close by for anything you need. Our host, Sanouchka, was exceptional, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home. Bonus delight: adorable geese at the end of the garden added a touch of whimsy. Maison UMI isn’t just a stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.

Thibaut's place was a highlight for us. The house is restored with much love and attention to detail. Our kids loved the beautiful garden, equipped with a slide and playhouse and the small nooks in the house. After a busy day hiking and exploring this absolutely stunning region, we appreciated the super well equipped kitchen and cosy living room. A big plus for us was also the small supermarket in Barneville which was open even on the bank holiday and Sunday. One of the beaches is in walking distance and others reachable by car after a short drive. Many thanks again for all the great advice on what to do. We look forward to coming back.

Logement idéal pour se détendre. Belle prestation avec commodité proche de la rue dans un quartier très calme.

Émeric est très accueillant et très réactif aux questions. Le logement était tip top (doubles vitrages très efficaces les soirs de match 😉😊). Très bon emplacement aux niveaux commerces , restauration et tourisme . Si nous repassons par Calais nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. En plus nous avons eu beau temps ☀️😎

Dan’s flat got a great range of tech gadgets which are super easy to adapt to and the place is really nice, we helped ourselves to some beer and prosecco. Dan’s been super responsive and considerate. Will definitely come back for more staycations thanks Dan!!!

Appartement très bien situé lumineux et cosy avec petit balcon et emplacement parking ultra pratique Vincent a été très arrangeant pour les horaires d'arrivée et départ son qualificatif de super hôte est tout a fait mérité je recommande sans hésitation !!

The place is located just a short walk from the historic center and train station. Laetitia and Alexandre were incredibly responsive and even offered helpful suggestions before I had the chance to ask. They recommended the best local restaurants and must-see attractions in Chartres, which made my visit really easy and enjoyable.
