The host is very friendly and accommodating. The communication was via WA, where he also sent all the important information. It is also very common on the premises. At check-in, you will also learn a lot about the infrastructure and have to pay city tax. The bungalow has an anteroom with kitchen, a bedroom where the air conditioning is located and a bathroom. The space is optimally used and there is also enough space for four. Everything is very clean and the kitchen also has cutlery, glasses, cups and even a mocha cooker. In front of the entrance is a small covered terrace with table and four chairs. We loved the price/performance ratio! In addition to TV, the Bungerlow is superbly equipped. Even super fast internet via wifi is available.

Alberto is a very kind host and available for any need or indication. Impeccable as a value for money. Our stay was very pleasant. I highly recommend it.

It was a very nice and relaxing short break! Just as described, you have everything you need in the cottage. Silvia is very nice and helpful! Even on Sunday, after we reported to her that the gas balloon was empty, she organized the exchange within 15 minutes! Very clean, very close to the sea and also the shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. I'm sure we'll be back!

Alberto was very kind, he told us to the meeting point before arriving. The place was clean, the first impression was very welcoming. We had a wonderful stay the children were delighted between the sea a stone's throw away, the varied games by the driveway that leads to the beach, two very good restaurants and as a bonus blue ice cream! What more could you ask for! Being able to get to Venice easily? It's also possible thanks to the bus at the end of the street that takes you to the Vaporetto. We also visited Murano and Burano a pleasure for the eyes🤩. In addition, a thoughtful host who guided us very well and advised us to organize our stay as best as possible. Accurate messages with all the necessary information well before we leave, and always very responsive to responses. We had the pleasure of finding a bottle of prosecco and small chocolate eggs to welcome us🙏. The kids even had a little surprise on the day they checked out. We recommend eyes closed thank you again!

The beautiful bungalow was exactly as Silvia had described. Our communication before the trip was very good. If you have any questions, we always received very good support at the reception. The bungalow complex is a 5-minute walk from the beach, which is great with a child. We can recommend Silvia's bungalows without exception. We hope to be back soon.

Beautiful quiet bungalow ( quiet one must emphasize, because further away towards Via Lungomarina / corner Via Marinella was often music heard quite loud, that would have bothered me) , good for holidays with pet to walk, equipped with everything you need, coolly located under the pine trees, small supermarket, restaurants, sea can be reached in 5 minutes. Great communication with Sylvia, she was waiting for me as I arrived later due to traffic jams. Everything uncomplicated and very friendly, great thank you!!

We had a great time in Annalisa's bungalow. The garden and the park with playground are beautiful and very well maintained, there are also herbs to pick yourself. The bungalow was well equipped, there was everything you need. The beach is quickly reached on foot and the beach cart with parasol is very practical. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

Villaggio Arco is located in the small city of Eraclea Mare, a walking distance (couple of minutes) from the beach. We stayed in one of their bungalows, which was very well organized and contained everything required for our stay. There's a couple of small grocery shops around the area, and many restaurants (although very touristy). One should note, however, that while dogs are allowed, many of the beaches around do not actually allow dogs. We would definitely recommend this place for a beach-focused vacation.

We were delighted with the location directly on the beach and the surrounding area in the pine forest. You should only have enough insect protection with you, otherwise it will quickly be annoying outside on the terrace. The apartment was super equipped and Silvia was available for questions at all times. Even helped us get a connection to Venice. The office for the check-in and questions is located directly on the complex. We were looking for something because it is exactly on the other side. Each home has its own parking space right on the complex. We will come back :-)

we had a perfect stay at Annalisa's. the little houses are comfortable and well-equiped. the garden around is beautiful. Annalisa and her family are really nice and attentive to your needs. the area is quiet and green, you can enjoy beach at 10 minutes by foot. it is super easy to go and take the boat to visit Venezia and all the islands or bike around the laguna! we recommend and hope to come back soon!

Our stay at the place was just great! Everything was very clean, quiet and beautifully private – ideal for switching off. For us as a family, it was especially important that there were play opportunities for the children. The extra equipment with bicycles and a beach car was a real plus. Annalisa was super friendly, warm and always easy to reach. The entire complex is very well maintained - a real green lung! In just 8 minutes you are at the beautifully clean beach with a lifeguard. There is a small market and a good pizzeria just around the corner. Venice and similar destinations are easily accessible from the Punta Sabbioni port, just 5 minutes away. A private parking space on the premises was also available. We simply felt completely comfortable and would love to come back.

Annalisa was really a great host, she was always available and never bothered. The entire property was fantastic, very quiet location in the middle of nature plus large garden. The bungalows are super divided so each guest has their privacy, we were really very surprised with the cleanliness in the bungalow and also the entire property which Annalisa's dad maintains with a lot of love. Each bungalow also has a large terrace. A mini market is right around the corner and restaurants are also very easy to reach by bike where there is very good food. Annalisa provides the bicycles and beach umbrellas free of charge, which is a dream. The beach is really close to the property and easily accessible. The beach is very quiet with lots of shells :-) We had one of our best vacations there and thank Annalisa and her dear family again! See you next year Kind regards, Giota +Sven

Hallo, We had beautiful days in Annalisa's bungalow. Everything was as described. The garden is a green oasis with herbs that guests are even allowed to use. The amenities are simple but at the same time have everything you need. Very positive is also to mention the impeccable cleanliness. Upon arrival, Annalisa gives a detailed introduction including tips for the area (shopping/leisure/restaurants). We were wretched on departure and can imagine coming back😊.
