Former hunting lodge for more than 200 years, the building of 50m2 on the banks of the Erdre, is located in an exceptional environment, isolated in the middle of a wood of 1.5 hectares with remarkable trees: Sequoias, oaks 3 times centenarians and a unique collection of bald Louisiana cypresses. It offers 100 meters of banks on the river with its private dock. A fountain flows at the foot of the house. This little paradise offers all the basic comforts for an unforgettable break of nature

Pour accéder à la Loire et au sentier du ruisseau des Moulins, vous emprunterez le GR 3 au départ de la maison.🌳 Vous pourrez aussi profiter des nombreuses activités estivales : vélo, canoé, balades en bateau, concerts/guinguettes...🌻

Full of charm and authenticity, it is located at the foot of the castle in a private park of 22 ha with 2 ponds, woods, hiking trails, gardens and permaculture gardens.
