Studio indépendant de 22 m2 aménagé dans une maison particulière, entourée d'un parc arboré de 2 hectares. Accès privé à la rivière et à l'étang. Nombreuses possibilités de randonnées dans la vallée de l'Erdre, rando, vélo, canoës... Deux canoës peuvent être mis à disposition gratuitement pour les voyageurs qui souhaitent profiter d’une balade sur l'Erdre sauvage. Le logement est situé à 2,8 km de la gare de Nort-sur-Erdre. Trajet en tram-train : 30" de Nantes et 3/4 d'heure du bord de mer.
