The place is exquisite. It's beautifully arranged furnishings give a warm and welcoming impression. I sense a woman's hand was in the design and decor. Alex and Patricia were really helpful providing maps and directions around the city. This was extremely useful in getting us to the cobbled streets of the old town. At first the issue of parking for me was confusing, but Alex explained everything. Great place to stay and great value for money. 👍

I needed a safe place for myself and my car since I was moving house and had treasured items with me. I was able to park the car on the property in front of (and below) the room. The road is pretty quiet even though there it is on a (convenient) bus route into town. The room description is accurate, so it is quite quirky. Lots of potentially handy little items tucked away neatly in the room. Easy to get around without a car: I went into town by bus (stop is 20m away) and came back on an e-scooter that I was able to park opposite. I loved the availability of bikes. I rode around the lake and into town all on cycle paths.

We had a delightful stay in Karsten’s beautiful apartment. We enjoyed walking around Koblenz and we appreciated the amenities. We were especially thankful for the fan! We would highly recommend his place

We booked the accommodation as wedding guests and were thrilled with how large the accommodation is - enough space to get ready for the wedding at the Besselich Monastery Estate in peace. The terrace was our personal highlight.

What an amazing house. It is often so quiet and if you hear anything, it is birds. Rest and nature was all we were looking for. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the deer. We were lucky that there were young deer :) House was spotless and lovingly decorated

We had a fantastic time in the apartment, even in bad weather we could spend a great time in the accommodation. Everything was clean and tidy, and the layout and size was great. We'll be back.

Nice and complete house in a quiet area with lovely and sunny garden. The peace seekers can explore the beautiful nature during a walk or MTB trek (by ebike). For entertainment, winterberg is within a 10 minute car ride. Susanne is very hospitable and helpful.

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation—from a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, to spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. In the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding with movies on the large TV. The location is fantastic, serving as a great base for exploring iconic cities like Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Koblenz. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, and for quick grocery runs, Aldi is only about a five-minute drive away. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

We had a great stay, we liked the entire equipment very much, a lot of attention to detail, really all around cozy, so that you feel right at home. The loft was easy to find and communication with Pasquale was flawless, questions were answered super fast. We will certainly come back.

A great house, a quiet location. Perfect for up to 10 guests. The space is there. The check-in worked wonderfully, the communication from the host was fast and reliable. He makes a friendly impression. The house really has everything you need. The garden is huge and everything is very well maintained. We can't wait for the next visit.

We were there for the second time and felt right at home. It was a bit like coming home ☺️ the vacation home is super quiet and we were able to relax all around. The facility is very modern and you always have a great view of nature and the adjacent forest. The private sauna and the infrared cabin are also great! Here and there there were a few spiders as inhabitants in the house, which probably cannot be avoided due to the proximity to nature. We were a little worried that we would have to pay extra for electricity (this was not the case on the first visit), because if you have a consumption above an unknown average value, you have to pay extra separately. But that was not the case with us. Otherwise, the contact with the hosts and especially the hostess Mira is always very friendly and you get a very quick answer to every question. We were even greeted with regional gifts ☺️ we would definitely come back!

This was an amazing place to stay. You feel at home with the first step that you take into this cute house. It is cozy, comfortable, and is stocked with anything you need for the first day you arrive. The Kitchen is equiped with all the necessary things, ready for a chef to cook for family or friends. We wanted a last-minute overnight stay. We booked and received confirmation a few hours later. Communication was also great and the place was completely adequate for our needs. If we are back and need a place to stay, we will gladly stay with Jaqueline again.

We had a very nice stay at Oda in the small apartment. Everything necessary was available and everything was already set up for our dog. On request, we were able to use bicycles on site, with which we rode into Kassel city center. The environment is wonderfully quiet. Thank you, Oda!

I absolutely loved to stay here. It was very cozy and just a great place to crash after an eventful day. We did have a lil trouble with the internet on the second day but Julia helped us fix it, even though she was on vacation on her own. She was an absolutely lovely host and I would definitely love to visit again. <3

The three of us stayed at Corinna's place for three days. Even before that, the communication was great and everything could be easily clarified. Corinna was super friendly and we could always turn to her. She was able to give us a few good tips for the area, but also had a folder in the apartment in which everything necessary could be found. The accommodation was very cozy, simple and timelessly furnished and we immediately felt comfortable. The city is easily accessible via a few stairs and you have everything you need. Wow, what a location this was! We left our previous b&b early due to noise pollution, so we booked this at the last minute. And what an oasis of peace this was! Beautiful, modern and large house. More spacious than our home. I would expect this living space and kitchen in a 6-8 person cottage. Nice and cool, ideal that the entire cottage can be darkened with shutters. Luxurious bathroom. And then that beautiful spacious green private garden with several seating areas. What a pity we could only stay here so briefly, would have liked to stay longer! The only downside is that there is only 1 bedroom, so daughter slept in the room with us. In terms of space, an extra room could easily have been created. It's nice that a crate was a duplo. And even a laundry room. Many windows/light so you can enjoy the beautiful view everywhere and enter the garden through the sliding door. Nice playground nearby. Friendly host, responds quickly to messages.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful setting. She is very clean and we didn't miss anything for such a stay. Shopping facilities can be reached quickly by car and the opportunities for the children are sufficient. The Spielberg has been the reason for our stay, this is great and if the weather thinks it is necessary, you have swimming pools right nearby.
