This cozy apartment is located in a small idyllic farming village in the Sauerland. Surrounded by meadows and forests, you can enjoy the tranquility of country life here. The rooms in the old half-timbered house from 1789 are on two floors. On the first floor is the rustic kitchen-living room, a bedroom in the former parlor and a toilet. Upstairs is the living room, bathroom with shower and tub, as well as two more bedrooms. In front of the door is the garden with terrace.

In the historic ambience of our listed patrician house, we lovingly furnished a cozy apartment in 2020. Although centrally located, you are accommodated in the building, thanks to 80 cm masonry and modern technology, in a totally quiet and relaxing manner. The special flair of the old awaits you, combined with modern comforts. Here you can feel comfortable! From the chair you have a view of the Bilstein Castle, which is only 200 m away and illuminated in the evening.

In the middle of the beautiful Sauerland you will find a quiet and cozy accommodation on the top floor of a two-family house. The very well-developed Sauerland cycling ring and the Ruhr-Sieg cycle path are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and hiking enthusiasts can hike the Sauerland Höhenflug. For quiet hours, the in-house garden offers plenty of opportunity to breathe. The apartment is also ideal for business travelers who need a place to stay.

It is a very nice two-room apartment with private shower room and fully equipped kitchen. A box spring bed is in the living/sleeping area with a large TV. Private small terrace, ground-level access in a quiet residential area, but centrally located. There is a connection to bike paths in the immediate vicinity. It is only a 5-minute walk to the bus and train. Close to Biggesee, Sorpe and Möhnesee. Ideal as a starting point for many activities!
