Perfect accommodation, peaceful surroundings, close to the town of Selfoss where you can find everything you need. The location is a great starting point for trips around the area, and the accommodation was just like in the photos and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The room was clean and cosy and there was everything we needed during our visit. Guðrún was helpful and hospitable. Location was good to visit in Reykjavik city center by car or drive out of Reykjavik to explore other places. I would definitely recommend this room.

This is definitely among the best Airbnb's I've stayed in, so much so I would rent this apartment myself if I lived in Reykjavík. It's absolutely beautiful, has everything you need, and the location cannot be beat (within <5 minutes of everything in Centre, super close walk to nearly everything else). Stefan gave great recommendations and went to the extra effort of dropping off extra soap / laundry detergent when he realized the Airbnb would be running low during my stay. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect - great location for outdoor activities. Saw the Northern Lights from our windows. Right in the middle of the Golden Circle so great location for us. Very private, very quiet. Had everything we needed. I would recommend this location to anyone who prefers outdoor activities versus city life.

Leifur’s place was great! It was clean, cozy and located in a great spot in town. He was fantastic with communication and always responded quickly when I had a question. My flight arrive pretty early in the morning and he was really flexible with my check in time, too! Thanks Leifur!

Enjoying the scenery alone is very comfortable, except for the stable at the back that makes a sound from time to time, which can be a bit of an impact, everything else is well arranged.

This quaint little apartment was exactly what we needed after a LONG journey to get to Iceland. Clear instructions to get to and in the building, bed was very comfy, and we really really appreciated the black out blinds considering we came to Iceland when the sun never sets. Host was very responsive whenever we had a questions.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Kitchen was well equiped for us to do our own cooking. Soundproof windows and doors for a quiet stay right in the middle of a busy street.Kudos to that!

Sigrún was incredibly helpful and was gracious enough to allow us to check in early. She had clear instructions and the place is about 15 mins away from the heart of Reykjavik. The place is right by the water and was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed multiple “sunsets” from the shores. I had such a great stay in Elva's apartment. It is very very cozy, with access to almost everything you could need during a short stay. Although it is in a somewhat quiet residential area there are still a few places to eat and grocery stores a short walk away. The bus stop was also only a 2 minute walk away, with access to the city centre at all times. The apartment was very clean, everything was easy to access and I couldn't have found a better place to end my vacation in.

The house was at a great location, only 10 minutes from Seljalandfoss and Skogafoss. The surroundings were beautiful! The place was spotless, all amenities as described. The house was warm and cozy upon entry, bathroom was floor heated. Jon was very responsive. The only small drawback was that the road to the house was unpaved and a little hard to drive on, but thats a minor point. Would love to stay again!

Rubin was very helpful and has a great, comfortable place . The location is excellent. We loved the decor - so unique and stylish. Walk to everything in the city and and easy drive to all of the nature attractions.

We had an amazing time at Geir’s family home! This was an incredible place to spend the new year and we would absolutely return! The location is perfect. We were able to walk outside the city lights a short distance to get an amazing view of the northern lights. A designated lookout is also a short car ride away. Plus, downtown Reykjavík is a short car or bus ride away! It could also be a good walk for those who like to hike.

We had a great visit, and we loved this Airbnb! It was conveniently located, and it had plenty of space for our family of five! We would most definitely stay here again!

The place was exactly as described. The tub is huge. The shower will make you want to go home and remodel. The location is great. The price is reasonable. We would stay here again.
