Villa holiday rentals in Formia

Beautiful spot, we stayed in June and it was hot outside but easy to keep cool inside without air conditioning. The scenery is outstanding and it was nice to walk around I side the secluded gated community. Well stocked all around! The kitchen had everything you needed and then some. Even a variety of Italian coffee maker sizes. Linen on the bed was beautiful. It's less than 15 minutes to Sperlonga which is a cute little non-touristy town. I'd recommend parking at the top of the hill your first trip there. Be sure to bring cash especially coins as parking in Sperlonga annoyingly only seems to accept this as payment. Sometimes the neighbors played loud music but our host was able to talk to them and there was no issue from them after that. Host was perfect and greeted us there. Pictures don't do this place justice

The house was lovely, and we had a great stay. Sperlonga beach was fantastic and we really enjoyed the town. It’s understandably difficult to park in a place like that - so be prepared for a long walk between house and car. In the house it took us a while to connect to the internet, also the kitchen was a bit short on cooking implements such as sharp knives etc. Generally a fantastic location for a family holiday though 😁

Great place. The host was very nice, responsive and helpful with recommendations and constantly checking in. The house was very comfortable and clean, perfect for families looking to stay in this beautiful town. We had a rental car which made it easy to go around the town. The location was private and full of luscious orange and lemon trees which was definitely a very luxurious surprise for us !! Would definitely recommend holidus beautiful place to any groups or families looking to visit minturno.

Beautiful, very clean and well-kept villa. Big outdoor area with a big green garden. Only 10-15 minute drive to the beach. Highly recommended.

Very nice and clean place. Floor was spotless. Stylysh and comfortable. The place looked better than in photos. It has a Tuscany feel to it. Short drive into Itri for nice food. Overall 8 out of 10.

A wonderful apartment with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Antonio is very friendly and always ready to help with anything you might need. I highly recommend it.

We loved Sabina's place. Simple and essential but well-stocked and welcoming. There was nothing missing and we immediately felt at home. From the house there are two trails that in a few steps lead to beautiful terraces on the sea and in a couple of minutes to a little corner of heaven. Access to the sea is easy for children, and the water is crystal clear and full of life. Fixed mask and mouthpiece! Unforgettable sunset. We had a wonderful experience at Dianas place in San Felice Circeo. Diana and her brother were very attentive and always there, if we needed anything. the house is very beautiful, clean and cosy with huge garden. the house is even more beautiful in reality, then in pictures. The location is amazing. Me and my family spent there two weeks and would be very happy to be back someday. Wonderful place with great hosts! highly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic holiday in this spacious villa. it was clean, fully equipment and Monica and Giuseppe warmly welcomed us. It was filled uo with coffee, shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, olive oil, dishwasher tabs and enough towels for the wjole family. There were beach toys available for our daughter, we enjoyed the big garden a lot and a BBQ was available with a bag of coal. I highly recommend this place for holidays and it is very suitable for bigger groups +4.

The villa, the garden and the surrounding mountains are incredibly beautiful. We especially enjoyed the kayaks + SUP board, the big and rainsafe outdoor table, the new smart TV, the whirlpool and the many seats to lay at the beachfront. All in all a place for a dream vacation.

The villa is perfectly located just near the sea (3 min walk). It has three bedrooms , each of those equipped with air conditioners and bathroom. The interior inside is beautiful and comfortable, everyone has their own space and also there is a room for common time . There is everything one would need on the vacation . Our reception was very pleasant and the host and guest assistant have been available all the time should we need anything . Even being with a 2-year old child we have had enough space and rest! There is a magnificent garden, which not only beautiful but also has the spaces for common meals, rest and sunbathing. Everything is very thought through, so I would highly recommend the villa and hope we will come next year as well!

What a fantastic location. Minutes to the beach and many restaurants. Very close to old town and its spectacular views. A lovely large balcony with two different seating areas with views of the sea and the mountains. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, the house is very comfortable directly on the beach that is not very crowded and clean. The veranda offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the sea. Fresh house, however with air conditioners in all the rooms; very well equipped We had a great time

Rosalba and Claudia were punctual at the check-in as agreed and explained everything to us in detail in the house. Both of them are very friendly and communicated proactively with us. The house itself is very spacious with a beautiful garden. It exactly matches the pictures. Everything was very clean and tidy, we had no complaints. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. It is located outside of San Felice Circeo, and it takes about 1 hour to walk to the village. There are shopping facilities and restaurants nearby (about a 15-minute walk). The beach is also reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. The property is surrounded by a fence, making it private, and the area is very quiet.

We spent a week at the end of July in Roberto's house. The house is very beautiful, with a large garden and is in a strategic location. Close to the sea but far from the hustle and bustle of Circeo. In the beautiful patio we spent lunches and dinners in the shade. We will definitely be back.

Big villa - for a group of seven. Nice pool. Many cats visiting :) No phone signal in the area. That coud be a positive and a negative thing in the same time :)

The house is beautiful and the views are INCREDIBLE! The hill to get to the house is very steep but worth it for the most beautiful vista. We couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved the house and especially the garden, just stunning and we ate outside for every meal.

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

What a beautiful location near the ocean! The house is lovely and we enjoyed cooking a few meals, sitting on the terrace soaking in the sun and ocean view. Remo was very responsive and the property caretaker, Luigi, was there to greet us, show us around, and answer any questions we had. Lovely uncrowded pool and ocean access. What a way to start our one-week visit before heading to busy Rome!

Piccolo Paradiso is a well appointed villa high on a hill above Formia with a gorgeous view of the sea and the peninsula of Gaeta. The hosts Antonio and Lucia were very responsive to a few initial issues we encountered. Also, we hired Lucia for a special cooking class and dinner one evening - which was a great experience! This property is very special indeed.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Amelia’s place. The house is beautifully maintained and perfectly equipped with everything one might need. I love this villa, we were there last year, we came back this year and we will definitely visit it next year. Incredible atmosphere, privacy, mountain and sea views, nature, the villa is very green, there is a private pool. The beach is 15 minutes away by car, supermarkets too. Beautiful sunsets. Mosquito repellent is a must. I would highly recommend this villa.
