Perfect for 2–3 people in a charming old farmhouse, about 10 minutes to the A9 and 25 minutes to the Nuremberg trade fair grounds. The property is located in a beautiful and green environment in an apartment building. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the advantages of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Convenient location, quiet residential area, 50 m to the bus stop, 10 min to the S-Bahn stop on foot. Exhibition centre/city centre can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car or public transport. Right next door: butcher/inn, bakery, pizzeria, bank, pharmacy, Aldi, stationery/lottery.

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.
