Franz & Margaret's Airbnb has everything you could want for a family vacation, plus the communication with both is incredibly pleasant and we don't even need to talk about the fantastic location ;) It was a very nice and relaxing start to the new year for us, which has become so beautiful not least because of your wonderfully managed Airbnb and your great farm. Clean, spacious accommodation with a wonderful view and wonderful tranquility with garden use in a very well-kept garden in front of the terrace, ideal accommodation as a starting point for golfers (there is a 30% discount on the wonderful Bella Vista golf course in Bad Birnbach!) A rich breakfast is served in the room with everything your heart desires! Shower and sink in the room, toilets and bathtub and kitchen can be used separately. We felt comfortable, unfortunately we could only stay one night. Thank you for everything ! Monika and Andreas

I was able to enjoy a wonderful break with my boyfriend and my dog. It was wonderfully quiet and the area was a dream for walking and hiking. The city of Linz was also very quick to reach. We had a wonderful stay. Always happy to come back :)

Unfortunately, I was not able to use the full time, but the time I was there was absolutely flawless. Both the accommodation and the contact with the hosts leave nothing to be desired. If I were in the area again, I would immediately take this accommodation again.

I was on a childhood memory trip with my parents. The house is very quiet with a fantastic view, you can immediately start a hike towards the Rusel-Absatz. A beautiful, well-kept garden, versatile and with friendly seating, invites you to linger.

The Boubska me property surprised me with its size and uniqueness. From the main loft area, look for Sumavske kopecky. The property is on the outskirts of Boubske, so complete privacy is ensured. Well, I guess I didn't get away with this beautiful night sky. Very quickly it is possible to get to Vimperk, where there are all civic amenities, nice cafes and restaurants. A bar is available to host guests, which especially in the evening adds a unique atmosphere to the place. You can heat them in the sleeping area. I recommend the Boubska property to both parties and individuals. Cele misto is very inspiring, unique, and just my style.

Staying at this cabin exceeded all expectations. The cottage is spacious, beautifully clean, well-equipped and is located in a quiet location, perfect for rest and trips to the surrounding area. Everything was perfectly prepared, from clean linens to a fully equipped kitchen. Special thanks to the owner, who was absolutely amazing – communication was fast, helpful, and very kind.

Spacious and very well equipped house, including an Ofyr-type bbq. During the few bad weather days, there was enough space for our two kids to play in-house, while we could read in peace. When the weather was fine, the kids were outside all day. Great location to start hiking from. Pavel was friendly and welcoming.
