If you are looking for relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. Heating is provided by 2 wood stoves. If you want, you can also chop wood. There is a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. In the area there are very nice small lakes, and the Bavarian Forest Nature Park as well as the city of Passau.
