It is located on a natural plot with Denmark's best beach only 30 meters away. Fall asleep to the sound of the sea and enjoy the sun on the many wooden terraces. It is possible to rent a sauna tent with a wood-burning stove, which is set up in the garden. Must be booked in advance. NOTE: Guests must bring bed linen, towels, cloths. Electricity is settled upon departure.

The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. The sunny, light-flooded apartment "Scheunendiele" is located in a converted half-timbered barn with its own garden and sun terrace. Spacious 60 square meters, living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for 2-4 people. The dining area equipped for up to 4 people is next to the living area with a couch and armchairs and an additional reading corner by the fireplace. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

I stueetagen finder du et åbent køkken og stue i ét, med adgang til en privat terrasse samt et badeværelse. På første sal er der et rummeligt værelse med fire enkeltsenge og udsigt over havet fra den ene ende af rummet. Boligen skal efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst.
