We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

Everything went great, very kind hosts Met us from the airport and helped us get to the house. The houses are cozy, clean, there is a lot of greenery, a pleasant garden. We had a wonderful time in Madonas apartment. Directly in the center of Batumi, so it was easy to reach all the important spots of the city, it was still calming cozy to hang out. Next time I’m hoping to stay for more than one night :-)

Awesome location for a family trip, close to most attractions and 15 minutes from the sea.

The location of the house is in a peaceful and quiet place (a nice change from the noisy center), but 10 minutes by car to the center. The hosts took us shopping at the store. Beautiful garden, very nice, talkative hosts and super friendly dog ​​Farukh (if you like dogs, you will be happy) made the stay in our memory for a long time. We highly recommend this place and hosts! :).

Tina was an incredibly kind and thoughtful host — always available, responsive, and full of helpful recommendations that made my stay in Batumi even better. The apartment itself is absolutely wonderful: the bed is super comfortable, the view from the balcony is stunning, the shower is excellent, and the location is perfect — close to everything. I highly recommend staying at Tina’s place if you’re visiting Batumi. I’d love to come back again!

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.

It was my first time booking with Airbnb and I had a wonderful stay at Pavel’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is especially perfect for a relaxing visit. And I also want to highlight Pavel’s communication.
