We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

In our house on the edge of the forest, we give you not only the space, but also the freedom for green thoughts. But as a former forester's house, the forest path there is not easy. It takes the right car and skill to do it. Good luck! There is 5G mobile reception in the house. NO WIFI, NO TV, No smoking in the house!

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Nice apartement Eisenstein

Apartment in the heart of Šumava, located on the German side of the Iron Ore, just 1 km from the border. In the center of Bayerisch Eisenstein, opposite the hotel with the possibility of using the wellness. In winter, skiing and cross-country trails on both the German and Czech sides. Summer activities: many well-marked hiking and biking trails, bike park in Špičák, lakes: Černé, Čertovo, Laka, Javorské, cable cars: Pancíř, Špičák, Javor. And many Museums, Information centre and other activities

The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.
