Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Haßberge

We had a nice, albeit very wet, Pentecost weekend in Rachel's house. We were two families (6 people, 2 children (3 years)). We particularly liked how child-friendly and well-equipped the house was. There are plenty of toys and the trampoline in the garden was a hit. The surroundings are beautifully idyllic. However, we were a little surprised by the high number of ticks, but no one can do anything about that. However, you should prepare yourself before a vacation in the area (vaccination, spray) and check daily, especially with the kids. The house was very cozy and could be heated wonderfully warm with the fireplace in the unfortunately very bad weather. The walk to the house, which is a little elevated, was a little impractical. If you arrive with a little more luggage and shopping, you have to walk the way several times, but it worked. Overall, we were satisfied and felt very comfortable.

We had a really great time in the house – it was just everything you need, super clean and totally lovingly furnished. The location is a dream: absolutely quiet, in the middle of ponds and forest - ideal for relaxing. Communication with Caroline and Alexander was also super uncomplicated and pleasant. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime.

The host Mr. Price was very kind and co-worker Viktoria extremely helpful. The apartment was clean and nostalgic, with a quiet location that gave a real home feeling. We especially liked the barbecue area. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

A beautiful and renovated accommodation in the countryside in the middle of Franconia. The house was spacious and offered enough space for our young family of five, with a large, cozy garden for playing, exploring and being creative. A table tennis table and a foosball table provided additional fun for young and old. Everything was neat and clean, we didn't miss anything. The location is very nice and quiet, yet only a short drive from supermarkets, restaurants and excursion destinations. The hosts are super friendly, respond quickly and welcomed us warmly incl. Excursion tips, restaurant recommendations and a sweet surprise!

Wonderful stay! Home had everything we needed plus more. Highly recommend and will be back on our trip to Germany.

We had three great days in the accommodation, which was really clean, very nice and cozy. From there, you can also quickly reach Sulzbach-Rosenberg, Amberg or Hersbruck, where we were at the spa. The host was very accommodating and friendly. An all-round relaxing girlfriend vacation :)

The apartment is super modern, tasteful and high-quality furnished. Electric shutters, hi-fi in all rooms, everything new, parking in front of the door, rain shower, heated toilet seat with bidet. There's nothing to complain about. We felt very comfortable. Thank you

Our stay was simply great, we felt right at home. The apartment really offers everything you have at home. The bed is a dream😌. Everything is very clean, bright, spacious, even a generous freezer is available. Lots of nature directly within walking distance but also many possibilities to do something by car (Erfurt/Weimar/Coburg) 😊 but even after 1 week stay - the time was far too short. The contact with Nicole and her family was also very nice, you felt welcome right away🤗. We really lacked nothing, definitely worth a visit - be it for hiking, for city trips or simply to relax again. Cozy, compact room in a beautiful, secluded environment. The room has everything you need to stay overnight. With privacy and a view over the garden. If you need more kitchen space, you will find it one floor down in the outdoor kitchen. Eckart was friendly and we felt welcome right away. Perfect for those looking for a place to sleep nearby or time in nature.

Our stay at Katja's place was pleasant. The space was clean and well-maintained, with new utensils that made meal preparation a breeze. The surrounding area was quiet, providing a restful environment. The host was responsive and attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. A particular highlight for our young kid were the toys provided. However, it’s worth noting that the apartment is situated on the top floor, requiring several flights of stairs. Overall, a suitable accommodation for a tranquil getaway.

Michael's place was very clean and comfortable. Just about everything was within a 10-20 minute walk. He was responsive and helpful.

The greeting was very nice and friendly. Then the apartment was shown to us and briefly explained. Arrive and feel at home. There is nothing missing here (including leisure tips). I'm sure we'll be back!!

We felt very comfortable in the beautifully located house. The surroundings are idyllic and invite you to hike in the vineyards. Everything in the house was clean, well-maintained and perfectly prepared. The check-in was straightforward, so we could arrive directly and enjoy the (short) vacation. Beds are very comfortable, we slept well. The shopping facilities directly on site are also practical - so we were able to take good care of ourselves at any time. The connection to public transport is also great, so we could easily make excursions to the surrounding area. Overall, it was a completely successful stay for us. We can fully recommend the house!

We were extremely satisfied with our small hiking group in Oliver's house over the 1st May weekend and with our choice. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and there is enough space to enjoy some undisturbed tranquility. In addition to the roles of spending time in the house (sauna, pool, garden), you can also reach many great hiking routes right outside the front door or from the nearby train station. There are also shops in the nearby area, as well as the opportunity to stop. Overall, we can highly recommend the accommodation and will certainly knock on Oliver's door again if we come back to the area.

Sinisa was very accommodating and extremely helpful in recommending local restaurants and shops. His house is beautiful and perfect for families or couples. Very clean, well presented and open plan which is exactly what we were looking for. Great host and great property.

Great place, phenomenal hosts, pristine apartment with all what it takes to have a great time. However, the Belvilla organization did not funnel my requests to the hosts regarding children's bed etc. Fortunately, the hosts were very helpful and took care of it instantaneously.

Very nice house, tastefully decorated. Very good contact. We spent a family weekend there, even for the granddaughter there was a bed (with sleeping accommodation for the mother in the room). There was nothing missing.

Very nice place, super equipped. Unfortunately, the heaters were off (at the beginning of April) and were only turned on on request. The parking situation in front of the accommodation is not so optimal, you have to park further away & then drag luggage up. Great for larger groups.

It was a great stay in a very special place that was restored and furnished with a lot of taste and love. We felt very comfortable.

We (6 adults and 4 children) spent an extended weekend in Susann and Sebastian's house and felt very comfortable. The house offers enough space and is well equipped. In the house, you will find plenty of tips for excursions. Communication with Susann was easy and pleasant.
