Winter sports enthusiasts enjoy the benefits of the perfect location directly on the ski slope, just a few steps away from the valley station of the ski area. The 10-seater gondola takes you from the “Pabstin” valley station directly to the Grebenzenhaus. Ski tours and cross-country ski trails also start right outside your vacation home. In summer on the other han there are numerous hiking trails around the local mountain.

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Our 85 m² vacation home consists of a large living, kitchen and dining area on the first floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms, each with its own shower room on the second floor. Our vacation home was built in 2017. It is bright, spacious, cozy and equipped to a high standard. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - TV/satellite is available in each room. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Internet access via Wi-Fi is a matter of course.
