Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Henrico County

This a beautifully renovated home with all of the modern amenities. The living room furniture & beds were very comfortable. The home was in a great location for us as it was close to the historic St. John's Church where we were attending a wedding. We did have a some problems with the security system and door locks, but Ursula was very responsive and we figured it all out. It may have been due to some work that was going on in the neighborhood causing the wifi to be spotty. Other than that it was a perfect place to stay.

Our family of five had a quick stay at Josh’s and the home did not disappoint. It was spacious, comfortable, and convenient. The back porch and yard was our favorite space - the fire pit and twinkle lights created a great atmosphere. We would absolutely stay again.

Cara’s place is at the perfect location. There is the best coffee place just a couple of blocks away. If you are a person who likes to cook, she has some of the best equipment I’ve seen at Air BnBs. She is very thoughtful and made extra efforts to make our stay wonderful, even though she is a very busy woman. We appreciated her allowing us to enjoy her lovely place.

Logan and John's place in Church Hill is fantastic. An easy walk to neighborhood coffee shops, restaurants and historic places and overlooks - in addition to easy access to all that Richmond has to offer. The home is so clean and comfortable - and Logan and John make check-in/out very easy. We highly recommend this place!

The house was very easy to find. The back yard was spacious. The rooms were large. The hosts were very approachable.

Josh has a beautiful place with everything you need all set when you arrive. I am very picky about cleanliness and his place was spic and span clean. The beds were very comfortable, and I especially appreciated that the bedrooms had darkening drapes. He responded to me immediately each time I reached out. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely be back to visit...next time for a longer visit to enjoy my home away from home!

Traveling for work for an entire week can be exhausting, but this place made us feel more comfortable. It’s a great size for 2 people and a pup. The fenced yard and outdoor space were great for a relaxing time after a long day. I’d stay here again.

Ryan's place was amazing; exactly as described in the pictures. Ryan was very responsible, and honestly, we did not encounter any issues. Overall, I would greatly recommend staying here.

A beautiful home with a lively yard to enjoy. We felt comfortable from the minute we walked in. Lovely neighborhood of parks and beautiful older homes. Not a central location but an easy drive to museums and shopping districts.

We stayed for a volleyball tournament. We were able to get there by walking in under 10 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. The canal walk is close and there is a playground across the street.

Had a great time! Essence was a wonderful host! Granted, we didn’t need anything extra, as everything was ready to go. The location was a great location, with many fun things to do. Though the area was loud, it was still a great situation.

I highly recommend Mary as a host and her beautiful cottage. I will definitely stay here again if I travel this way. She is a wonderful person and her place is immaculately clean, well equipped and peaceful.

I had a great time staying here, Shaniesha was very responsive and proactive in making sure I had all the information I needed to make my check in very easy. the airbnb was very comfortable and clean, plenty of stores and places to eat within a short walking distance. a very short and easy drive to most places in downtown Richmond. This listing made me look forward to visiting Richmond more often this summer.

Excellent comfortable home base for exploring Richmond. We enjoyed walking along the James River.

Loved staying here, though there wasn't much to do around it is within a 30 minute drive to Williamsburg! Enjoyed the peaceful setting as it was great for our dog! The wifi didn't work well but was nice to be disconnected a bit, would recommend staying here for a quite time!

Absolutely beautiful. Fresh eggs when I arrived and an offer for more later. So friendly and attentive. They gave me exactly what I wanted. I am a private person, living by myself, and whenever they had to fix a fence or do something anywhere near the property, they would let me know. Yet, I know if I had been one of those people who wanted to be out and chatting, they would have welcomed me to come over and socialize. Very accommodating and helpful. My stay was a dream and I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone, especially someone with pets or kids. It was a dream.

We had a lovely stay and created wonderful memories with our friends and family at this beautiful log cabin. This is the perfect place if you are looking for a remote getaway that is still easy access to Richmond, which has plenty to do. Our favorite was waking up and looking at the 3 horses, taking walks down to the river, and our kids playing together in the playroom, which has all the toys a kid could ever want. The home is absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We would highly recommend staying here.

This was my family’s second stay at Amelia’s place and it was amazing. The cabin had problems with the AC a few days prior to our arrival, Amelia called to let us know and explain she had a portable unit in the cabin to cool it down. On the morning we were coming she called to let us know the update on the AC and that it would be fixed that Wednesday, we were checking in on a Monday. She told us she could refund us the money or we could stay an extra day for the inconvenience. We toughed it out the first day as it honestly wasn’t too hot with the portable in there and actually the people showed up Tuesday to get it fixed. Our three kids even got to play with Amelia’s kids and our oldest son loved it. He talked about her kids and how he got to play with them the rest of the trip. The cabin is just perfect and the host is amazing. One of the best host and most responsive host we’ve had at all the airbnbs we have stayed at. We can’t wait to return, our kids are talking about it already!

We had a great stay at Blake's place! the fire pit and grill were easy to use. We loved how peaceful the home and surrounding areas were. Thank you for a great stay!
