Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

The cottage is situated in the old town centre of the seaside spa resort Bansin (municipality of Heringsdorf) only about 500 m away from the train station Bansin. The cottage comprises a living space with open kitchen on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the upper level with space for four persons.

The vacation home Rosalie is a house built in 2015 on a beautiful garden plot of about 500 m². People who love nature and tranquility will feel comfortable here. The large living and dining room is south facing and well lit. The kitchen is very suitable for cooking. Bed and bath linens as well as kitchen towels are provided by the cleaning service for €20 per person, but you can also bring your own. A visitor's tax must be paid in addition.

BlueNote is 40 m from the sea. You can walk to the bench at any time with a coffee or a wine in your hand, which is directly on the small steep bank and lets your gaze widen: the Bodden looks different every day...and always beautiful. In the middle of the “Am Stettiner Haff” nature park and on the edge of the Ahlbecker Seegrund nature reserve, our romantic farmhouse from the early years of the last century is located on a large, fenced property. The farm consists of a house surrounded by linden and spruce trees with a well-kept front garden lined with boxwood and an adjoining thatched barn.

The apartment is part of our house, but has separate access and its own small piece of garden.... You have your peace with us, we do live in the same house, but everything is physically separated from each other.... the village of Benz may not be for people who want to lie all day only on the beach, but a wonderful starting point for tours all over the island There are rarely buses....
