The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

Unsere modernen und 2019 vollständig sanierten Wohnungen in der„Villa Oestereich“ liegen in sehr zentraler Lage, in Binz und direkt am Kurpark. Unsere schöne 3-Zimmer Kamin Suite in der Villa Oesterreich liegt im 2. OG und verfügt über zwei separate Schlafzimmer und einen separaten Wohnraum, die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Die geschmackvoll ausgestattet und moderne Wohnung verfügt über 75.79 m² und einen eigenen Kamin (elektrischen Kamin). Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt sowohl für Paare, die Ruhe suchen, als auch für Familien mit Kindern dank der der Nähe zum Naturpark Am Stettiner Haff. Zur Abwechslung sind auch die unzähligen historischen und unterhaltsamen Attraktionen von Stettin in nur 25 Min. Autofahrt leicht zugänglich.

Hunter's cottage

Far from the big city, our "hunter's cottage" is located on a picturesque plot on the edge of the forest reserve "Wiejkowski las". Here you can experience complete peace and pure nature! A walk through the forest, past numerous swamps and lakes, relaxing reading a book by the fireplace or a trip to the nearby Baltic Sea? All this and much more is what you can excpect here! Parties (such as bachelor parties) are not possible due to noise disturbance for other guests.

Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old presbytery, we have built a small annex individually for us, for friends and guests. Some of them are modern, but they still have the charm of the past. A lot seems cohesive to us, some things are still going on. So, nothing is standard. What we don't think about yet and makes sense for guests can usually be added quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the Ackerkante, so it is located in a small, agricultural active village.

Forsthaus Rieth am See sauna, fireplace, sun deck, boat

Vacation in the monument - only 400m from the water. Built in the 1930s, the Oberförsterei von Rieth am See was located in this house a few years ago. The house has been lovingly renovated and is now exuding an atmosphere that is like no other. The very individual equipment with antiques furniture, combined with modern elements and art you will surely like it. Sauna is located in the thatched former horse stable in the park-like, 5000 sqm garden.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

BlueNote is 40 m from the sea. You can walk to the bench at any time with a coffee or a wine in your hand, which is directly on the small steep bank and lets your gaze widen: the Bodden looks different every day...and always beautiful. Loissin, with its unknown and very natural coast, is an insider tip, a hidden place. The house with garden is not visible and has a piano, fireplace and Wi-Fi. Change always on Fridays.
