The room was clean and cosy and there was everything we needed during our visit. Guðrún was helpful and hospitable. Location was good to visit in Reykjavik city center by car or drive out of Reykjavik to explore other places. I would definitely recommend this room.

We loved Hulda's apartment. The location is perfect for your Golden Circle Experience as it's really close to all the main attractions. The apartment is cute, very clean and easy to access.Also three of us were very comfortable and a family of four could manage well there. It's less than five minutes from multitudes of great restaurants in what looks like an up and coming town in Sulfoss. I could not recommend Hulda and her place enough!

This is definitely among the best Airbnb's I've stayed in, so much so I would rent this apartment myself if I lived in Reykjavík. It's absolutely beautiful, has everything you need, and the location cannot be beat (within <5 minutes of everything in Centre, super close walk to nearly everything else). Stefan gave great recommendations and went to the extra effort of dropping off extra soap / laundry detergent when he realized the Airbnb would be running low during my stay. Highly recommend!

Sigrún was incredibly helpful and was gracious enough to allow us to check in early. She had clear instructions and the place is about 15 mins away from the heart of Reykjavik. The place is right by the water and was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed multiple “sunsets” from the shores. Thanks again Sigrún, we appreciate you and your place and will always remember it for our time in Reykjavik!

Super responsive and allowed us to check in early! We loved her place, it had a washer/dryer and all the appliances we needed for our 2 day stay. I would recommend staying here!

The place was worth every penny, the owner was very friendly and always gave his best to organise everything as smooth as possible. I will definitely come back to this apartment whenever I come to Iceland.

Bianca's is an amazing host and the apartment was simply perfect in every way. Every little detail and finishing touch did not go unnoticed. Bianca was very helpful the entire process from booking, to check in and check out. We arrived late the first night but everything went so smoothly because of Bianca's easy check in process. We walked in to the apartment and felt like we'd made it home. We are so thankful for the chocolates and coffees; it made arriving very special. Everything was as described and in new condition. We especially also loved the lovely large shower and bathroom. The view out the back was also very beautiful and relaxing. We had a wonderful experience and hope to return again.

We loved Sabine's flat. Spotlessly clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The location was very quiet, on the outskirts of Rejkjavik. It made a great base from which to explore this corner of Iceland by car. We liked the Kronan supermarket about 8 minutes drive away - good range and good quality.

We had a great time staying in Anna's apartment in Reykjavik! The apartment was easy to find, check in was very straightforward, and everything was so nice and clean. The apartment is walkable to downtown restaurants, shops and it was so nice having easy close parking for our rental car. We absolutely loved our visit and would definitely stay here again. Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison de Hildur qui était parfaite pour notre famille de 5 personnes. Dans un endroit très calme, à la campagne, la maison était très bien équipée, confortable et impeccablement propre. Excellent endroit pour s'installer pour visiter les sites du Cercle d'Or. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison et notre hôte a tout prévu pour que le séjour se passe bien. Mille mercis au mari de Hildur qui nous a aidé lorsque notre auto ne voulait pas démarrer lors de notre départ. Il a été d'une grande aide dans une situation stressante. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation.

Dom Mattiego to świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Reykjanesu (od geotermalnych okolic Gunnuhver, przez park krajobrazowy z jeziorem Kleifarvatn, Reykjavik, aż po gejzery czy wodospad Gullfoss). Blisko z lotniska (20 minut autem). Sam dom w spokojnej okolicy, bardzo duża przestrzeń, w tym 4 sypialnie, duża kuchnia i łazienka czyniły to, że jako 4-osobowa rodzina czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Łatwy dostęp do kluczy mimo późnego przyjazdu, możliwość zostania nieco dłużej w dniu wyjazdu oraz szybkie odpowiedzi gospodarza - to także czynniki decydujące o naszej bardzo wysokiej ocenie. Jeśli miałbym polecić bazę noclegową w tej części Islandii, to Vogar i dom Mattiego polecam z czystym sumieniem. A przy okazji - powroty o ciemku (zima 2025) do domu Mattiego z naszych codziennych wypraw i zorze polarne widziane nie tylko w ciemnych miejscach w okolicach miasta Vogar, ale także spod domu - niezapomniane chwile dla nas wszystkich!

A great stay for our first night. Instructions for cleaning were posted throughout the house (not our favorite for the actual stay, but helpful for checking out). Check in was very smooth.
