L'attico è al secondo piano ed è costituito da una camera da letto, un soggiorno con divano letto e angolo cottura, ed un bagno, per un totale di 40 mq. "CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;

The apartment is about 300 meters from the beaches of Citara, Cava dell'Isola and the "Giardini Poseidon" Thermal Park. The historic center is about 2 km away.

Apartment consisting of a living room with TV, kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms. AIR CONDITIONING ONLY IN THE BEDROOMS. It is located in the historic center of Forio. Panoramic terrace on the third floor equipped with a table, sofas, sun loungers and a countertop with a sink (shared space with the host who uses the terrace only for drying laundry). Please note: You can use the terrace until midnight. Visitors are not allowed.
