Located on the beautiful bay of Chiaiozza, the B&B is just 300 meters from the marina of Chiaiolella with its restaurants, shops and the waterfront promenade C. Columbus where the beaches are located. But those who love tranquility can go down to the rocks below the house and to the sea directly from our private descent.

Welcome to "Villa Il Leccio" The studio apartment is located on a quiet private avenue, 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from Piazza degli Eroi. It is located in the large garden of the villa, of which only the entrance gate is shared. The accommodation tax is not included in the booking price: €4 (person)/night. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;

Our fishermen's house enjoys an excellent location. It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, a living/dining area overlooking the sea, and a small balcony where you can have a coffee or enjoy incredible sunsets with an aperitif. Surrounded by greenery, on Corso Vittoria Colonna with private access to the sea, quiet recently renovated apartment, living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace, equipped with all appliances.
