Located on the beautiful bay of Chiaiozza, the B&B is just 300 meters from the marina of Chiaiolella with its restaurants, shops and the waterfront promenade C. Columbus where the beaches are located. But those who love tranquility can go down to the rocks below the house and to the sea directly from our private descent.

Typical Mediterranean apartment, completely renovated. A small comfortable and functional space, surrounded by green countryside, between orchards and vineyards. Having breakfast or in the afternoon at the sunset on your terrace,just the birdsong will accompany you. At same time it's just a few steps from supermarkets, pharmacy, typical shops and bus stops. The center of Forio and the nearest beach it's just about 1000m far and in a range of 3km some of the most famous beaches of the island.

The location of the house is very central, the beach of San Pietro is a two-minute walk away, and the house overlooks the pedestrian street of Ischia Porto. The walking distance to the Ischia Porto harbor is only 10 minutes to the dock for "aliiscafo", 15 minutes to the ship dock. The flat is on the first floor without lift, has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, can accommodate 4 people, and is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning. Casa Procidana as it used to be, in the center of the large marina, where it overlooks a wonderful view that goes from miseno head to lighthouse tip. The apartment retains all the characteristics of the Procidane dwellings of the past, so you can identify yourself in a historical place on the island. From the balcony you can enjoy the light show that illuminates Procidana Bay. Characteristic instead are the bulkheads that day after day prepare the nets to go out to sea.
