Originally used for storing fishing nets, this charming abode has been lovingly converted into a cozy and comfortable dwelling, perfect for solo travelers or couples. My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in shopping centre, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Overlooking the sea, 30 metres from the beach and the famous "Piazzetta di Sant'Angelo" ancient fishing village and meeting of artists. The optimal location of this wonderful apartment, the view and tranquility, the comforts that the small apartment offers, have always remained in the heart of our guests since 1929. Nearby trendy boutiques, restaurants for all tastes, beaches and spas, fishermen with their catch, small groceries, pizzerias, motorcycle rental, excursions.

Apartment in a villa in Citara Bay, Casa Rosada

The villa has a large garden and there are no stairs. The beach is just outside of the gate (right across the street). Accessories: a beach umbrella, beach chairs. Piscarěa, Procida

Located in the colorful Marina della Corricella, Piscārĭa was a fisherman's house, now fully renewed. A short walk from the quiet square Troisi, you arrive in an apartment with sea view, a synthesis of spontaneous Mediterranean architecture and North European furniture. A lunch on the terrace from the emerald green kitchen with the sound of the sea in the background is the scenery that awaits you.

Immerso nel verde, on Corso Vittoria Colonna with private access to the sea, quiet recently renovated apartment, living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace, equipped with all appliances. For this period of pandemic cleaning costs, I added the amount of € 40 for a sanitation carried out by an external company, which issues a regular certificate.

You'll love my place because of these things: views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
