Holiday rentals with a patio in Isola delle Femmine

Wonderfully spacious apartment within walking distance of Mondello beach. Ideal to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city of Palermo, but still close to the city. The apartment looked fantastic and is equipped with every comfort.

The place has a great location and nice restaurants and bars nearby. It is easy to reach. The check-in was very easy and after we opened the apartment we were impressed with how beautiful it is. Teresa is very friendly. We will definitely be back!

This is a spacious, modern and clean apartment with everything provided for a comfortable stay. It is on the ground floor, very quiet with the added bonus of the garden. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the old town but there are buses that go regularly from the top of the road. The buses run from the station too and the airport shuttle bus stops at the end of the road, so very convenient. Buses also go from the top of the road to Mondello which is the beach area. There are plenty of local restaurants too. We had a very good stay and would recommend.

Our stay in Palermo was absolutely perfect. The apartment was in an ideal location—right in the center of everything you could need, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just steps away. The space was clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The balcony was a real highlight—after a long journey from Turkey, it was the perfect spot to relax, soak up the sun, and unwind. Highly recommended—we’d come back in a heartbeat!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect. The apartment is lovely, comfy beds with great bathrooms. Gorgeous views from the terrace. It’s an easy walk into the old town …and lots of great restaurants. Roberto was a kind and responsive host and helped us book a driver for the day. Would absolutely recommend!

Luigi’s home in Palermo has everything you need when staying in Palermo. Whether it be short term or long term location is ideal to everything you’d want to see and need. Great communication and hospitality was beyond my expectations. Looking forward to staying at Luigi’s next time I visit Palermo.

We loved everything about staying at the La Veranda Sul Mare!! The house was beautiful and very well stocked kitchen was all new and had everything you needed. The private beach access was awesome. Domenico was very helpful throughout our whole stay from helping us with transportation on the way to a smooth check out at the end. The home is quite removed from Palermo central, ~30 minute drive, but perfect for a peaceful getaway while still having some stores and restaurants within walking distance. We would wholeheartedly recommend booking your holiday with domenico at La Veranda Sul Mare!

Great position outside Palermo , we took a convenient train journey ride. costing €6 each return. Car parking was easy outside the apartment, we never struggled to find a space. The apartment is very well equipped and a comfortable space to spend time in. lovely to watch the world go by whilst drinking that first cup of morning coffee.

We had a wonderful couple of days at Vincenza’s. He was an incredibly responsive and friendly host. The place itself is very well appointed. We would absolutely return.

Alessandro's place was amazing! He was a brilliant, responsive host who was attentive and caring. He was very flexible, even with our check-in that was later than expected due to a delayed flight, and gave us a tour of the home as soon as we arrived. He also gave us lots of recommendations and an overview of the local area before we arrived. Not only was he attentive, but he also gave us lots of advice - he even went out of his way by giving us a lift to a car rental place completely free of charge. The check out process was extremely relaxed, and there was brilliant communication. Overall, the host Alessandro was lovely, going above and beyond, as well as the villa being absolutely beautiful. There was a gate which allowed us to put our car there safely, there was cooking facilities, an outdoor space which was so lovely to spend time in, as well as a washing machine available. The outdoor shower was also a great bonus, which we loved using! I would definitely recommend.

Daniela is an excellent host! She is very quick with her response and answered very kindly and with clear instructions. She even invited us to a local event as her personal guests. The location of the apartment is in a true Sicilian friendly neighborhood. The neighbors helped us park our “big” car since it’s a little challenging. But it was a great experience. Short walk away plenty of free parking near by if needed. The apartment itself was clean and cozy. We had a great experience. Surpassed our expectations! We hope to see you again, Thank you Daniela!

We had a wonderful time here and cannot wait to come back! The hosts are just the best and amazing. We would 100% recommend this villa!!! The pool, the garden, take it all in! The host also sent us recommendations as we wanted to check out locations that locals would recommend. The host even went step further in securing us a ride into town when we needed it as we could not secure a taxi at the last minute. This level of helpfulness is really thoughtful and we could not have appreciated it more!!!! Thank you so so much!!! We already miss the villa!

We had a great time at Leandro's place - the location was perfect for a weekend trip. We really enjoyed our aperitivo time at the large terrace.

Jennifer and Kim were proactive before our arrival, giving us clear directions on where we could meet, then guiding us to parking and helping us with our luggage to the apartment (this is a hillside ancient town, lots of narrow alleys and a multitude of stairs). They kept in contact though-out our visit, even picking up recyclables and trash when needed. The apartment had most essentials in stock that we were free to use. The spacious downstairs bedroom with its own bath & a desk gave us parents privacy from the adult children,, and both bedrooms had balconies with hillside views. The terrace on the roof had a large sitting area and a separate table with a cloth sunscreen overhead, which proved to be a wonderful place to hang out in both morning and evening. Jennifer arranged for a chef and his mate to provide a home cooked meal with wine, served on the rooftop, a highlight of our stay. If you want to stay out of the way near Palermo, this is definitely a place to stay.

Best place we've ever had. Lots of space with garden and stylishly furnished with many loving details, we felt at home. In the kitchen, in the bathroom, everything you could wish for was available - extra bath towels for a beach trip included. Matthias is a super class host. Communication is unique. To find the way to the apartment, Matthias met us at the street corner. Matthias is super relaxed, his only goal is to make guests feel comfortable and enjoy their holidays. He gave us great tips. We were traveling by bike and took the ferry at 11 pm. Since the apartment was not occupied the next day, Matthias left it to us until the evening. Thank you, dear Matthias, for everything! You're a great host.

A great place to stay. In easy walking distance to the centre with lots of great restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for a home from home feel. Super comfy beds, good AC, super fast internet and a lovely terrace on the top floor and a small balcony to the main bedroom. Tastefully decorated, with added touches from a great host. The host Serena was very proactive and she offered great suggestions of places to eat. A small supermarket is 1 minutes walk away, as was a great little bakery. The large supermarket was a 5 minutes drive. Ample parking on the street right outside of the apartment, in a quiet area surrounded by local people. I can highly recommend this Airbnb.

Very nice place to stay, incredible hospitality, within walking distance of a beautiful beach (not crowded). Perfect place to discover Palermo and its surroundings.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb, the host was extremely nice and dropped me to the beach so that I could relax there before my check-in, he was very fast to communicate and reply and the house was very clean. He also dropped me to the airport in the morning, at a reasonable price which was very convenient! The shower was very good, and the whole apartment felt very clean

We loved our stay at Paola’s place! Paola made us feel right at home after a long day of travel, she had left us water and biscuits and gave us some great local recommendations for the following day. The place was so cosy, clean and spacious with local guide books and anything you could need. She had left us umbrella and chairs for the beach, which was about a 30 min walk away. Super safe location, loads of delicious restaurants and a beautiful beach on your doorstep. It was delightful and we had the best time. Thank you so much Paola!!!

Great location, very cozy apartment and wonderful host. All the sights are nearby and there are a huge number of good restaurants and bars. Everything is great.

Very nice and ingeniously located apartment - in the center and yet quiet -, super equipped and with great terrace plus balcony. Absolutely recommended. The communication with Massimiliano was very easy, fast and helpful, son Giuseppe welcomed us very kindly and explained everything. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

we had a fantastic stay . Elisa was the most responsive host I have met. She is so helpful and she is actually in my experience the only host who actually really took care of her guests. The house was well stocked with literally everything. There were bottle of wine, fruits, cakes, rice, pasta, sugar ,salt..you name it ,it was all there. The bathroom had literally everything required like toothpaste, shampoo, soap. Also she was so helpful, all the time We loved her place, it's lovely and well kept. Great location would definitely recommend
