Tiziana, the owner, is cheerful and helpful, and her apartment reflects all the standards described, indeed, everything goes beyond all expectations! Strategic and convenient location with all amenities nearby (bakery and food😜). A quiet and characteristic neighborhood, in the heart of Palermo, which is full of life and movement just a few steps away. This is a spacious, modern and clean apartment with everything provided for a comfortable stay. It is on the ground floor, very quiet with the added bonus of the garden. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the old town but there are buses that go regularly from the top of the road. The buses run from the station too and the airport shuttle bus stops at the end of the road, so very convenient. Buses also go from the top of the road to Mondello which is the beach area. There are plenty of local restaurants too. We had a very good stay and would recommend.

Host Maria Luisa was very kind to accommodate our late check-in request. The parking spot in the inner courtyard, an absolute privilege for Palermo, is worth the price of the place on its own.

Lucrezia was an awesome host! Always very responsive. The apartment was clean and beautiful. Great kitchen and balcony. Also the kitchen has everything you could need for cooking, even some spices. The apartment was clean and the neighborhood is nice and quiet.

A very welcoming and flexible host for our check-in and check-out times. Vincenzo was there when we arrived, he gave us plenty of information about places to visit and restaurants! Small additional note for Fava's where we had lunch several times, a real baking delight 😜 Vincenzo was very considerate with us. A quick message in the middle of our stay to see if we were okay!! It was a nice apartment located close to cafe restaurants supermarket A lovely rooftop terrace as well as 4 balconies. Quick with help when needed. Highly recommend the apartment

Gaetano’s place was like a peaceful oasis - the property was very well manicured and the pool crystal clear and inviting. Gaetano is very friendly, accommodating and responsive. We had planned to stay for just one night after arriving in Palermo before moving on, but we enjoyed it and found it so relaxing that we asked to stay a second night. The first room we stayed in ended up having a plumbing issue, but Gaetano had it fixed immediately after we informed him and found a different apartment for us to stay for the second night - he is so helpful! We also enjoyed having access to bikes - Gaetano made sure they were in good condition for us so we could ride to the beach and bakery. We’ll definitely stay again the next time we visit Palermo!

Antonio's place is modern and functional, which we really enjoyed. We were also able to easily communicate with the latter. The apartment is very well located, close to trade and the highway, which is appreciated when you want to visit the surroundings.

It was easy to park and the atmosphere was warm because it seemed like an apartment where families lived together. The terrace was particularly nice, and the indoor space was spacious enough. When I opened the doors, the wind blew well, so it was cool, and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the season I went, so I burned mosquito incense.

The stay at Maria's apartment was very pleasant. Everything in the apartment was very clean. Maria has lovingly furnished the apartment. Beautiful, large and practical kitchen, everything available, makes it fun to cook there. Great view from the terrace. The terrace is also very nicely designed. Just for those who want peace and quiet and want to relax. Maria is very personable and a warm-hearted person. She was very discreet, always available for questions and gave us good tips. I loved staying here…I felt like a local rather than a tourist. Very clean with everything you need. Local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to other parts of the island. Would definitely recommend.

The perfect apartment for a beach holiday in Mondello - but Palermo is also super easy to reach by bus! Everything is clean, well equipped, just like in the pictures. Very friendly and accommodating hosts, with whom communication went smoothly. Highly recommended!!

Very modern and spacious apartment. Bathrooms were fresh, bedrooms hade tons of space, comfortable beds and nice living room with a large TV. Lots of local restaurants nearby, very close to Lumsa University where we had our course, and only 10 minute walk from the Massimo Theater and the sightseeing and tourist streets. The host was extremely kind, quick to respond and even let us check out late on our departure date. Can wholeheartedly recommend!

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Arianna’s place in Palermo and would absolutely stay here again. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and well-equipped—everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Palermo with easy access to historic sites, great restaurants, markets, and local neighborhoods. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city. Arianna was an exceptional host—very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. She provided excellent local recommendations that really enriched my experience, from places to eat to things to see off the beaten path. Antonio's accommodation is excellent, it has a very good location. The El Capo market is right next door, and everything else is just a short distance away. Antonio is an excellent host! I recommend it 100%

The airbnb was easy to find and access. The rooms were excellent - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. 🙂

We had a great time staying at Rosalba’s apartment in Palermo. It was in a great location in the center of the historic center, there were markets nearby, the Palermo Cathedral, Quattro Canti, etc. There was plenty to do and we were just a minute away from plenty of restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was beautiful, it was recently renovated and well curated. It was comfortable, homey, and had enough amenities. The pillows were also soft and comfortable, which is rare to find in the Airbnbs in Italy. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Sicily in the future!

Giuseppe’s apartment is really beautiful just like the photos and very comfortable. It is in a good location a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but within easy walking distance. It is close to Lolli Station and easy to get to the airport by train. Giuseppe was a wonderful host and very welcoming. He went out of his way to help us after we arrived in Palermo on an early ferry, and personally welcomed us to an early check-in. He provided great recommendations about places to visit and where to eat. He also checked in on us with messages to see that we were ok. I recommend Giuseppe’s place very highly.

Nino is a dream host and his place was thought for the comfort of his guests. We felt at home right away and if the apartment was free, we would have extended our stay. thank you Nino, we will definitely be back.
