You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Short distances to the A7 5 km / A6 9 km highways allow a comfortable journey and short travel time to Würzburg, Nuremberg, Ulm. A wooden house with new beds and mattresses is directly connected to the comfortable caravan with equipped kitchen, shower, toilet and another bedroom and dining area. Herzlich willkommen! Unsere voll ausgestattete Dachgeschosswohnung (ca. 50 m², 3 Zimmer) befindet sich in ruhiger Lage nahe Schwäbisch Hall und bietet Platz für 3 Personen. Die gesamte Wohnung steht Ihnen zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Zur Ausstattung gehören kostenloses WLAN, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer sowie ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus 🅿️. Schlafmöglichkeiten: 1 Doppelbett, 1 Einzelbett und 1 Gästebett 🛌. Ideal für einen angenehmen und entspannten Aufenthalt.

Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

All shopping facilities can be found within a radius of about 800 m. In about 500 m you will reach the Laubach reservoir.
