Spacious 2-room apartment with panoramic balcony on a remote farm with many animals. Additional rooms available (No. 2 and 3). Children up to 12 years are free - please do not enter! You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

You are looking for peace and quiet with views of the forest and nature but also with short distances to sights such as Rothenburg o.T. Short distances to the A7 5 km / A6 9 km highways allow a comfortable journey and short travel time to Würzburg, Nuremberg, Ulm. A wooden house with new beds and mattresses is directly connected to the comfortable caravan with equipped kitchen, shower, toilet and another bedroom and dining area. Vacation home in the Swabian Forest

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the beautiful forests and the unique view from the balcony or from all windows, very bright, new construction. In the whole apartment, there is underfloor heating and a fireplace. Sofa bed for children or one more person. On the outskirts of a small village. Nature-friendly property (4500 sqm) with the possibility to grill and be outside in different places and use them. Next door is the Schwäbischer Wald vacation home.

Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Here lies the 80sqm beautiful 4*apartment with comfortable furnishings where you can relax to your heart's content. Breakfast can also be booked. Outdoor seats with/without a roof invite you to enjoy in nature. The small goat herd, dwarf rabbit, guinea pigs and chickens delight young and old.
