Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Japanese's Island

The house is beautiful! Cuter than the pictures. The location is convenient because the Vans pass by the door back and forth! The beautiful view. The impeccable garden. Clean and well equipped house. Mauro is a genius, always ready to help us and very attentive. The house and the service are totally recommended. We'll be back soon.

An incredible place, we were received in a sensational way, everything was clean and tidy. Wonderful location with a perfect breathtaking view. The place has a space with a pool and an incredible barbecue to have that quality time with the family. I highly recommend it and it's worth every penny paid.

We had very nice days in the house: the view is stunning (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well taken care of, the super functional leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We managed to stay comfortably: air conditioned worked properly, the bath was good and warm as well as we used the kitchen and other areas in the house well. The great highlight of everything was the service provided by hostess/homemeira Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We did not notice any major drawbacks in the house taking away the fact that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not so recent construction). It is worth noting that although the house is super close to the beaches Geribá and Ferradura (5-10min car thing), its location high above makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

This cottage is simply an incredible experience, it gives you a view that is beyond words. A place of peace!!

From the dealings with Kelly everything went as smoothly as possible, the house is very cozy and welcoming! Clean environments, fragrant towels, equipped kitchen, super hot bath, comfortable beds with quality bedding and super clean. I leave my observation regarding the TV system that did not correspond to satisfaction, it does not tune in basic channels, only by applications... Another positive point is the attention of the housekeeper Evanildo, always helpful, attentive and makes a very good barbecue, he pilots the barbecue with mastery. Super indicate this property.

This was the most fantastic house I've ever stayed in. The structure of the house and its design are impressive. I'm sure this house has everything we need to have a complete experience. The owners also made all the difference to make the experience even more satisfying. I am immensely grateful for the support throughout the period we were staying and before the trip as well, providing important information and making the entire check-in process work perfectly. We are already looking for a next date to return.

We were very well received by Rose! Very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home and promptly responded to our requests. Rose is a 10!! The location of the house is excellent. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. This meant a lot of tranquility. With the condominium full, I believe we would have less privacy. We spent 5 very pleasant days! Thank you!

We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

Spacious and comfortable apartment, located in a complex next to other apartments and parking. SmartTV in living room and bedroom. Simple kitchen with only burners. Everything was very clean, although the slightest crumb of food that remained was filled with ants. Very good location. The entrance to the complex is on a very narrow street, like an alley, with little traffic and a little dark at night, which can give a little feeling of insecurity, but we had no problems. Friendly and decisive host.

Very happy to have found a great place like Mr.'s house Gabriele, impeccable place with good quality furniture, organized and with a wonderful view! I can't describe how well we were received by the doorman, who was extremely friendly, an incredible person! They kept in touch at all times and answered all our questions, we will definitely return, wonderful place with wonderful beaches too!

Leonardo was very clear and collaborative with our stay. The apartment is located on a very busy avenue, well lit and gives the feeling of security. The sea is two blocks away, as well as a couple of excellent supermarkets where you can buy everything you need, including already prepared. The apartment's features are unbeatable. The apartment exceeded our expectations! Very well located, in front of Praia do Forte, with easy access to other beaches and several restaurants, which greatly facilitated our tours and meals. The property is spacious, well furnished and perfectly met our needs throughout the stay. I would also highlight the excellent service of the host and owner, which was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning. It showed great proactivity and partnership by kindly anticipating our check-in and relaxing the check-out time, which made all the difference for our trip. The place is very cozy!! Close to everything, to go to the fair on foot! The hydromassage with the view is a delight! And we use the barbecue with ease too! Voltaria for sure!!

All the communication with Ricardo, Mari and Simone was very well done, they gave us local recommendations and a lot of information. The apartment is very nice, with an airy space and excellent leisure area. The only burden is to the toilets of two suites, which are very small, but small people will have no problem with that. The whole check-in and check-out process was very easy, and they even let us put our bags inside the apt before check in time. Overall an excellent stay.

The apartment is impeccable, everything wonderful, super well equipped, clean, we love it very much! It has a yard, which was perfect for our dogs. There is a market and restaurant next door and it is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Lucy is a great host, responds quickly and is very helpful, in addition to leaving treats for our arrival! We hope to return as soon as possible!

Extremely pleasant to spend these days in the Nice apartment! Completely clean place, with great bed linen, bath towels and kitchen with all top quality items! The balcony of the apartment is a charm apart from the accommodation. We were very pleased with everything. We will definitely be back soon.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio, I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very nice!

Laura's penthouse was exactly what we were looking for, safe, facing the beach with the beautiful sea view, beautiful sunset, space for family barbecue. It was the perfect choice to reunite with our family. If we come back to the area, we will surely try to stay at this apartment again.

The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. They have all the kitchen items, and everything is very new and of quality. Amei!
