Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kamo River

Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The apartment was impeccably clean and cozy, well stocked and we loved the amenities they provided. The hosts were also very clear in the directions and responsive, thank you!

We had a good stay. Mineral noise since it was in a residential area. Walkable to public transit and Nishiki Market. AC was very good. Washer and dryer worked well for small loads.

Dies war das schönste Zimmer, das wir in Japan hatten, wirklich groß und geräumig. Zudem ist die U-Bahn Haltestelle als auch ein Convenience Store nur 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt - das war super praktisch! Die Unterkunft ist etwas außerhalb, aber nur ein paar wenige Stationen von Kyoto Station entfernt. Wir waren bereits vor der Check-In Zeit vor Ort und durften unser Gepäck der Reinigungskraft geben und in unserem Zimmer verstauen lassen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

I tend to prefer staying in Air BnBs over hotels and this place reminds me why. I have rarely come across a place so pleasing. The accommodation is so comfortable and easy to reach. Kyoto Station is roughly a 10-15 min walk but there were plenty of options to jump on the bus, that would take you to all the main spots in Kyoto. I loved my interaction with Noami and she made me feel right at home. I wished I had stayed for longer. Will definitely recommend this place to others if they are visiting Kyoto. a beautiful accommodation in a beautiful city.

This was the perfect spot for our short stay in Kyoto. Central enough, but on a quiet street. The room had all that we needed, and we appreciated the free use of the washing machine.

The property is situated near Ono Station, it is a little farther from the City Centre and yet very accessible. The 7-11 and Lawson stores are nearby 4 min walk. Overall anyone looking for a place not exactly in the city centre yet accessible, this is the place to go. As dar the apartment is concerned, it’s quite big, has sofa cum bed and tatami beds (sleeping in tatami beds is very relaxing) Taketo has a very in depth books and guides for local recommendations and recommendations throughout Kyoto. Overall will definitely come again to stay and will definitely recommend.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay in Kyoto. Noriko and her son were incredibly gracious hosts. They made check-in and check-out really easy, and we had great communication before and after our stay. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The location is ideal — in the middle of just about everything you want to do in Kyoto, and walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. I think my favorite thing was the cypress ofuro (bathtub) with digital temperature control — pure bliss!

This was the best accommodation during our Japan travel. The place was so spacious compared to the other places we stayed at in Japan, and even the bathroom which I found very small in general around Japan was very big here. Especially loved the outdoor bath!! A baby cot and bath tub were provided and our baby slept beautifully during the stay. Our futons were comfortable too.

This is the ideal spot for your stay in Kyoto! It's just a stone's throw from the train station and the local shopping mall, making it incredibly convenient. We rented bikes nearby, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful city. The apartment is equipped with top-notch appliances, and the host has anticipated every need to ensure your comfort. Communication with the host was outstanding. I would definitely come back without hesitation!

It’s a traditional and cosy place right in the centre of old Kyoto

We had a lovely stay. The house gave us a sense that we were living in a local Japanese home. The interiors were well decorated and our children loved the bath tub. The location was also great; walkable to the river and various attractions in the city. Overall, a very memorable stay :)

We loved our stay at Yamano’s place. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, but it was just a short walk to the river, bus stop, and train station. The hosts were extremely responsive and kind. They met us at check in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They also sent suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area.

Great location close to a train station and convenience stores and restaurants. Perfect space for our family of 5 with enough beds and space. The stairs were very steep and no bathroom on the 2nd floor so just be aware if those might be issues for you but we were fine.

Absolutely amazing location, literally walking distance to everything. The place was very nice and well kept, instruction and communication was excellent fast reply’s and very helpful and so friendly and nice. Will defiantly use again in the future!

We stayed three nights at Koji-san's home and felt right at home. The place has a lot of space and really nice work station and a really comfy bed. This home is super clean and very well crafted together. There is washer and dryer, fridge and a small pantry area for some snacks. It is set in a quiet neighbourhood yet walking distance to train station and some really cool small local restaurants and bars! There's a gin distillery nearby with food and drinks, a really good local breakfast cafe where you get nice sandwiches and of course family mart for everything else you need. I strongly recommend this home for those who like to have an authentic experience in Tokyo yet having the accessibility to explore beyond!

The place was beautiful with a traditional Japanese style, and the experience of sleeping on the futon was wonderful. The accommodation overlooks a small stream that separates it from the river by just a street, about 50 meters away. The surrounding area is lovely, with plenty of activities and good restaurants. I really enjoyed the stay, and the front desk lady was extremely kind and helpful. I wish I knew her name so I could mention it here. Thank you for this beautiful experience 🙏🏻

It was a nice and comfortable 6-night stay at this property. Things were cleaned and well arranged in their place. All the necessary things were provided in a sufficient amount. The caretaker/ owner was always there for any help and responded to every message within time. The surroundings were quiet and silent so that you can have a pleasant sleep at any time. The overall experience was 4.9/5. The only hurdle was the very concentrated and compact steps to reach the 3rd floor.

The Nozemi house was a really great experience! The hosts were very kind, easy going, and were responsive. The apartment itself was bigger than expected, and the walk to the JR line / Aeon Mall was shorter than expected (~12 minutes). The only recommendation would be to provide clear instructions for the washer / dryer use, and rice cooker use. Thank you!

Great accommodation overall. In a cool area, relatively close to alot of cool places that were on my list. LUUP station right outside which made getting around even easier. Would stay again. Also don't forget to check out the Chocolate bar that right across the street, super cool.

We love the convenience and accessibility. Short walk from resi stay heart to Kyoto station. There’s washing machines and dryers and ground level which makes our stay very at home. Thank you so much 😊 we will be back again. 😍

Convenient location and within a 8 minute walk to Kyoto Station. Room appeared to have more space than the photos displayed but very comfortable for a family of 5. Check in/check out process was easy and as advised. If you’re looking for a place that is convenient, clean and budget friendly, then you’re in luck. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Kyoto!

Die Unterkunft ist etwas ruhig gelegen, mit der Bahn (zwei Bahnstationen sind in der näheren Umgebung) gelangt man gut überall hin. Es ist im Grunde ein Hotel mit entsprechendem Charme. Das Personal ist sehr nett und unglaublich hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Wir konnten auch unsere Wäsche dort waschen und den Trockner für 100Yen nutzen. Außerdem bekommt man viele Handtücher und vieles weitere für den täglichen Bedsrf gestellt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt in eurer Unterkunft!
