Holiday rentals with beach access in Kenai Peninsula Borough

This place is wonderful and perfect. If we come back, we would love to stay at here again. Gave great directions and details a week before we arrived. The overlook of the bay is absolutely breathtaking. We had one hiccup and it was immediately addressed. Thank you so much for having us.

This place was a great place to stay! Right across from salty dogs and near lots of shops! I don’t know if it was mentioned but you have to park down the road to avoid your car being towed. Also, it may be a good idea to mention footage of the apartment. We thought we could lay down a small blow up mattress as well and there wasn’t room. Small place but perfect for a couple.

Brett was available upon our arrival. He gave us clear and accurate instructions for use of the hot tub and bicycles if we were interested. Brett also shared several names of local restaurants, which we tried and confirm as excellent.

Randy was very friendly and the place was like home. He was very kind and shared information as much as he can. One of the best hosts I have had.

Our stay was nothing short of perfect!! very clean cozy living space quiet and beautiful views. Also provided everything we could need to make our stay comfortable. Given lots of recommendations for activities that were perfect. Definitely check out Seacours Tours they are great! Overall absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to come back again!!! The location was perfect and the unit was extremely clean and well-equipped for a longer stay. Seward has become a rising star in the art and music community and it was so nice to find an exceptional place to stay for a reasonable price during a music festival.

Nice little place to stay. Very clean, and easy to get inside with instructions. All rooms had great views. We took the short little walk to eat and shop.

There is no better place to stay in Homer than on the boardwalk. Ocean sights & sound, with only steps to the beach. Great coffee shop below and steps to other places to eat. Great location!

Kristen checked in on us throughout our stay, which was very kind. Her daughter lives on the property and showed us around her garden and animals - so cool! The house looks unassuming but is absolutely gorgeous on the inside and very well equipped. It was a lovely private weekend getaway for us.

Joanna’s place was exactly as described & just what we were looking for. We’re from Anchorage & walking around Lake Hood is one of our favorite things to do - lots of Alaska bush planes taking off, landing, & parked in slips. Yet Joanna’s place was very quiet inside. Hope to stay again

The Beach House was a perfect little getaway for our short stay. Everything you need is available in the home and the host is so sweet & kind. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to walk to the beach if you book! It’s so beautiful and peaceful!!

100/10, great place to stay! The hosts are super hospitable. Robin gave great suggestions for things to do in the area and responded fast to any questions we had and was available to help with anything we needed. The view is great and the cabin is secluded and private - except for the few moose that may wander up🫎 Definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking to spend some time in Alaska

Jenny's Coast and Clay is a beautiful home in an excellent location. Water and mountain views, easy walking to and along the paved path on the water, walk to the SeaLife Center and downtown businesses and eateries. The house guide book and labels on drawers and cupboards make it easy to navigate everything. The kitchen is roomy and completely stocked, including spices, coffee, and a variety of teas. The linens are all high quality. The sheets feel like silk. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Loved the dining table and chairs and the view to the water. The house guidebook also has recommendations for local eateries and activities. Jenny's pottery and library were added bonuses. Thanks for sharing your beautiful space, Jenny. All four of us were comfortable and appreciative.

Seaside Hideaway was a nice, convenient place to stay in Homer. We loved the spiral staircase to the upstairs bedrooms & bathroom, but I could imagine it would be a problem for older folks. It is very unique & pretty! The home was clean & stocked appropriately. Daniel was a good host. He was informative & kept contact with me. The only thing missing was a tv which we knew would not be available ahead of time. I thought we wouldn't miss it with us being in such a wonderful home in such an amazing town, but we did just a little. However, it is not enough to deter us from the property. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Daniel! :)

This cabin was absolutely incredible. The views are absolutely breathtaking!!! The drive from anchorage to this cabin was breathtaking as well every time you turn your head there is something new to look at. The cabin itself was very cozy and peaceful. We will definitely be staying here again when we return.

What an incredible spot. A lovely home, with on a dynamic property. So quintessentially Homer, full of thoughtful details and artful touches. Plenty of space to relax with family. A very well appointed kitchen. Great communication from Faye and Tom. Couldn't have asked for a better spot to house my visiting family! Thank you!
