Our Little Guest House

Quaint gambrel styled smaller home with most of the amenities you'd expect for a great stay at a great price! This house is tucked behind my shop and is very private and secure. It offers availability to large groups when coupled with 'The White House', our other Airbnb rental. Great beach combing, silver fishing just 10 miles away, Kassiks Brewery is nearby, North Peninsula Recreation Center offers a great pool, playground, etc. We are 19 miles from Kenai, 10 miles from Captain Cook State Park.

This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. (An idyllic village that sits on the Cook Inlet, through which the lovely winding Ninilchik River runs.) 180 mile drive from anchorage and only 35 miles from famous Homer, Alaska on the Kachemak bay. You will have total privacy but if you need anything im a 5 minute walk down the road and always reachable by phone.

Salmon Cabin is one of three cabins at River Rock Lodge. We are close to town and it's many amenities. Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals. Grill is provided. Sit out on the porch and watch the river flow by! We have 3 different docks you can fish from. Docks may be removed for the winter as early as September 15.
