Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Kenai Peninsula Borough

Reenie and John were the best hosts, and their place was the perfect getaway for our sister trip. Clean, comfy beds, and everything you could need. Before our arrival, they reached out and gave us lots of awesome recommendations for things to do. Close to town and the Homer Spit for daily adventures, but far enough away that you can come back each night for secluded rest and relaxation. The private hot tub and the views of Kachemak Bay were just the icing on top of the cake. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Super location to access the ski lfts.

This home has bed spaces for 18 people! We loved how clean the floors were! No bugs inside (even with a window screen that is broken)! Firewood & roasting sticks were provided for the fire pit! The kids loved the jacuzzi, badmitten, cornhole, swingset and space to explore! Bathrooms have small hotel shampoo and bathrobes. The kitchen had paper towels, ziplock bags, aluminum foil and plastic wrap! Laundry room had soap (bring your own dryer sheets). The upstairs is bright and gets really warm (not great on the only hot week of the year, but they do have fans. It would be peefect in the winter!)! The downstairs stays dark and cool! The property is shared with their other airbnb rental home. Friendly neighborhood dogs come up to the patio to greet you, get petted and beg for food! Wild rabbits also visited the backyard! Very easy check-out list! We had a lovely stay and would recommend this place to others!

Wonderful cabin in Eagle River, perfect for a group getaway! The house is super cozy, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Hot tub and pool table were a big hit for our group of 10. We especially loved turning off the lights at night and watching the moon through the huge panoramic windows — such a peaceful experience! We were hoping to catch the Northern Lights, but even without them, the view was magical. Linens and towels were spotless and smelled great. All amenities worked perfectly. The cabin has a beautiful rustic feel with high ceilings, wood interiors, and a warm dining space for meals and games. The small touches like the Christmas tree made it feel extra homey. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, unwind, and be close to nature while still having all the comforts of home!

Great stay, very easy to checkin and checkout. Host had very few checkout instructions which I greatly appreciate.

We originally had another rental booked only to find out after we had landed (and past the check in time!!) that our Vrbo was canceling on us. Not something anyone wants to deal with at midnight. After staying one night at a dirty hotel, we scrambled to find another rental last min for our family vacation. Joey was super responsive and was able to accommodate us for the rest of the trip. House was in a good area. Easy to get to wherever you need to go. If you have little ones, a pack and play was available. Lots of towels and kitchen had everything needed if you wanted to cook. I would definitely rebook if we ever come back to Anchorage.

Awesome place in a good location for many of the activities and restaurants in Girdwood! Darcie was super responsive and helpful!

Great location for a weekend stay. Easy access to Anchorage (~45 minutes away), Girdwood Restaurants and Shops (~5 minutes away), and great middle point if you want to hike the Kenai or explore Whittier. Easy check-in with lots of amenities like hot tube, laundry on-site, coffee makers, etc.

Loved the cabin! Perfect for me and my two teenage boys in June. Plenty of space for us. Hot tub was magical after a long hike. Location is great - easy 3 min drive or 20 min walk into Girdwood for meals. Would absolutely stay again!

This cabin was absolutely perfect for us! It was my best friend’s first time to Seward, and the cabin was perfectly located for all of our activities that we had planned to do! The cabin was clean, quaint, everything about it was just so perfect! Comfortable beds, excellent towels, the hot tub was definitely a wonderful bonus to come home too Every day! The next time I am in Seward, I will definitely try to book this cabin again! Thank you guys so much for being a part of such a wonderful vacation!

My family of 3 stayed at the Cozy Cab-Inn for 4 nights while we visited Anchorage, Seward, and Talkeetna. The location was a bit off the beaten path with some rough roads to get there, but our 2WD sedan easily handled it (in June), and it was located far enough from Anchorage to feel secluded without being inconvenient. The cabin itself was really cute, the upstairs kitchen was convenient for preparing food and had an adjacent lounge area great for relaxing, though we spent most of our free time in the hot tub! Unfortunately the cover was broken during our stay, so we could only use half of it. Nicholas and Renee said earlier guests broke it and they were still working on repairs. Nicholas and Renee were also really responsive when we had questions, and we felt well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Wow, hard to put into words what an incredible experience this was. Doug has spent a decade+ building a stunning lodge sitting on the beautiful lake clark - we felt so fortunate to be able to experience it. We stayed in the 2 bedroom in a group of 3 adults and 1 kid, and it was perfect for us. Doug was super responsive in communication and took care of everything. Picked us up from the airport in Port A, had all 3 meals each day prepared (+$), and organized some amazing tours for us (+$). It was amazing just realized by the water front, getting a fire going, fishing off the pier, and enjoying the sauna and hot tub. Doug and his family really make you feel at home and I can’t recommend this amazing place enough!

Awesome!!! This place is amazing- absolutely what I expected based on the photos. If you are considering this spot- book it! Unbelievable views and was absolutely perfect. Did not want to leave this beautiful place. Super comfortable furniture, the sofa in the living room was great and the king bed was very comfortable. Dakota thought of everything!

David's Russian House is a beautiful cabin, in a beautiful location, in beautiful woods. A bit quirky, in the best of ways. Upstairs there's a great pool table with a limited kitchenette, sink, refrigerator, microwave, and a grill on the back deck. Downstairs, theres a clean bathroom, large shower with a sauna, comfortable bed, blackout curtains. The deck out the bedroom includes a hot tub which we used after long days on the river and long hikes. Highly recommend!
