The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

The house is functionally and modernly furnished. A large sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space. Large built-in closets in the bedroom offer plenty of storage space. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an XL fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a cooking/baking combination as well as everything you need for cooking and baking.
