Das schöne 45 qm Apartment für 2-4 Personen mit Parkplatz befindet sich im oberen Mühlviertel, Oberösterreich mit Grenznähe zu Deutschland (ca.40km) zwischen Passau und Linz. Das nette, saubere Apartment mit Parkplatz befindet sich im Ortskern des kleinen Marktes Lembach im Mühlkreis. Kaufhäuser, Bäcker, Gastwirtschaften, … und Arzt sind leicht erreichbar. In der Wohnung ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie eine Wohnküche. Es kann auch die Couch zu einem Schlafplatz ausgebaut werden.

The holiday flat in Landhaus Ameisberg in Mitternschlag has a wonderful view of the mountains. The accommodation consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a gallery with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and a guest WC and thus offers space for 6 people. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.
