Nestled in powerful nature, right outside the front door. My large natural garden is located right on the edge of the forest. There is enough space to be undisturbed. Great for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing. A public outdoor swimming pool and a Kneipp pool next door refresh your vacation. I speak English. Welcome!

The 32 m² apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. The beautiful design of the furniture gives our apartment its special charm. The dining and kitchen area are the center of the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and coffee maker. An electric kettle and toaster are a matter of course. There is one double bed and a sleeping couch. The initial laundry equipment with bed linens and towels is included in the rental price. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

Completely renovated luxury apartment for up to 8 people Steam shower, bathtub, massage chair, large TV, air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen The accommodation is 140 m² and is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating. The apartment is located on the first floor which is only accessible by stairs. There is also a 150 m² garden and a roof terrace incl. An umbrella, seating area and patio heater can be used. An outdoor parking space is at your disposal free of charge

Relaxed days in nature, away from stress and hustle and bustle. Time for two or with the family, for lovers, those in need of peace and quiet and nature lovers... just switch off... you can do that wonderfully in the apartment on our small farm in the picturesque Bavarian Forest. You can hike or bike from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar, but also the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are just around the corner.

Close to the city but still in the nature. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Quiet apartment with garden

The apartment has four rooms, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The apartment is located on the first floor. 1 single room, 1 double room and 1 triple room are rented. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with the basics. The garden can be shared and a barbecue is also provided. The outbuilding is private. The sun terrace can be used. Behind the outbuilding is a wooden shed, in which is the grill, toys and seat cushions.

Without hesitating we like to offer our apartment which is properly cleaned/sanitized and completely isolated from other people. Cozy AtelierHaus im Bayerische Wald

The flair of the 50s is preserved in the house. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.
