Beach condo holiday rentals in Kitty Hawk

We loved our stay at Vince and Angela’s condo! The condo was super clean and they provided everything we possibly could have needed from kitchen to beach supplies. The location is convenient — just a short walk to the beach (or a very short drive because there’s public parking and that’s easier with kids). Vince and Angela are very responsive and helpful, we had no issues with communication. This is a great OBX rental for a small group or family, we would stay again!

We loved our stay at Aly’s place. The condo had everything we needed and she offered great ideas for places to eat and things to do. The view was wonderful, even with the direct beach view being obstructed by the sand dune. Listening to the waves each morning, while sipping coffee on the porch is a 10/10 experience! The location felt safe, had ample parking and having private beach access was an added bonus. Also, Kill Devil Hills is a great place to stay so you have easy access to the cities north and south with roughly equal drive time. You will not be disappointed if you rent this condo!

We enjoyed our stay right on the beautiful beach of OBX. The place was exactly as described and the owners provided clear instructions regarding check in. We were close to many amenities and also took time to enjoy the ocean view on the balcony. It was a wonderful stay!

An elevated coastal experience with the view of the turquoise water and sand dunes awaits. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee and spectacular sunrise. While the place is nothing short of spotless, it somehow still feels very welcoming and cozy. The decor is tasteful with impeccably well-selected pieces everywhere. We enjoyed the short walk on the boardwalk to the beach with a daily drink at the snack shack. My husband enjoyed a chance to chat about the weather, fishing, and local restaurant recommendations. We especially loved the restaurants along the sound with gorgeous sunsets. Our family of five with three young adults enjoyed every aspect of our week at the beach. Don’t miss this getaway!

Incredible location and views (of sunrises and sunsets); great for kids! There was a problem with the storm door that Katie herself came by to fix when maintenance was unavailable on a holiday weekend :) The place was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the pool was great (opening weekend and very clean). The only thing to note is that this might not be a great place for you if you're sensitive to noise - there was a wedding at one of the huge houses one night under a tent and we could hear every song they played, as well as footsteps from the people staying above us. This isn't a make or break for us, and we would stay at Katie's place again in a heartbeat.

We loved Matt’s place. It is quiet, roomy, and well equipped, including nice furniture and super comfortable beds. It also has a great deck, with beautiful views of the ocean. It was also great to have the pool when it was too windy to get in the ocean. Matt’s place was perfect for our family.

This place was perfect for our family vacation. Lots of space for the whole family to be comfortable. Close to the beach, walkable to lots of great restaurants, beautiful indoor and outdoor pool. Overall just a great spot. The hosts were friendly, responsive and gave great recommendations.

Great place to stay during our visit to Kitty Hawk. Quiet neighborhood. Pavlo’s place was very clean. Had everything that we needed. We had some issues with the lock and Pavlo was very responsive and helpful.

The only thing that wasn’t great, was the limited amount of toilet paper. We needed more than one roll for each bathroom.

Great value for the price and can't beat the location. Condo is right on the beach and has a larger pool as well. Everything was clean inside and beds were comfortable, it's definitely one of the more updated units at the Golden Strand. The only thing we did not like was the main door opens right into the main bedroom, and if the blinds are open on the sliding door then people can see in the living room as they walk over to the elevator. However this was not a big deal for us as you do get a slight ocean view from the sliding door and we spent most of the time outside anyways.

What a lovely gem of a home! Perfect location as it was walkable to beach. Very kind to provide beach chairs, wagon, beach towels and beach umbrella. Spotlessly clean. Only surprise was no shampoo/body wash which was unexpected. Otherwise a perfect experience!

If I could give this place a thousand stars I would!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️ The location was amazing!!! After a long trip from SW Louisiana we booked this place for the night and like I said AMAZING!! The pool was right off the back patio…you walk around the pool through a gate and your on the Atlantic Ocean!!! I messaged Andrew’s wife she was so sweet!♥️ This place literally made our whole trip!!! My son loved his room and bed and omg the king size bed in this place was so comfortable!!! I didn’t want to leave! I thought I left my phone charger after we got to our final destination but unfortunately found it my husband said I was just looking for an excuse to go back lol!! Thank y’all again for making our night!!! I will definitely be booking again and coming back through the area!!♥️

Our family had a wonderful stay at the CrabaCabana. It’s about a seven minute walk to the beach and everything was as listed. Kim also provided great suggestions for things to do in the area. She’s an excellent host and took care of anything that needed her attention promptly with perfect communication. We definitely would recommend it to anyone wishing for a home away from home! ♥️

this was such a cute place to stay for our first time in OBX. everything was as described, hosts were very friendly and responsive. cute and cozy retreat, perfect for what we were looking for. super clean and worth every penny.

The condo was very charming with new appointments and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed sunrise each morning and the sound of the waves crashing each night. The kitchen was well equipped and had sufficient space for the two of us. It was also nice to have both a full and half bath as well as a door between the sink area and toilet/shower in the full bath. Having several options for coffee with espresso, drip, and a Keurig was a big plus A few observations we want to share. It would be very tight to fit 6 people in the place but you could comfortably have two couples or a couple with two kids with the second pair on the sleeper sofa. Overall it was a great stay for our anniversary weekend!!!

Lynn's place was comfortable, convenient, and clean. We appreciated how stocked and organized the home was as well. It was an easy walk to the beach. We were spending time with family staying at Corolla Light and this was a very convenient spot to do so.

Perfect accommodations for family of 3 and 2 small dogs. Friendly walking area for dogs. The condo was perfectly clean. We loved sitting outside drinking coffee and letting our dogs enjoy the outdoors. We were in a B unit. Pool was perfect and clean after a long day at the beach. We appreciated the wagon to hall our beach gear. We used the public parking which was a 3 minute drive. We are not much for crowds so the location was ideal. I like to cook and the kitchen has everything you need. Local restaurants and fish markets were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this condo and Lisa was very helpful. We will return!

Simply Amazing! We had such a wonderful stay and loved every bit of it. First the location is amazing. We loved being able to walk right next door to multiple restaurants and our horse tour. The lighthouse and park are right across the street. We even walked to the beer garden just a few minutes down the road. The community the townhome is in is super cute, has a wonderful pool and is right at the beach. There were plenty of dog waste stations which made walking the pup easy. The dog park wasn’t much, but it served its purpose for me of being able to let the pup off leash in a gated area to do his business. The house itself was beautiful. We made use of the large dining table which was perfect for game night. The deck was a nice place to have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail in the sun while waiting for everyone to get ready. I loved the balcony off the primary room and being able to open the door at night to get a nice breeze. We will be back!

Overall the stay was nice, finding the condo was not as easy but granted we did come late at night which made finding the place harder. Lynn was very nice and walked us to the condo. The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious and the hot tub was the best feature. They also had beach gear in the garage which was a nice addition. They have an outside area with solar powered lights and an outdoor shower. They also have a guest book that guests can sign which made the stay memorable. Laundry room was nice with modern appliances and plenty of beach towels.

Reserved a stay at beachwoods resort in OBX through Suite Spaces. Was east to do and communication was great. The resort itself was great for my family of 5. Room was spacious, pools were fun, kids loved the indoor slide area. I think they are short staffed there and some people aren’t as friendly as you’d like, but overall, it’s a nice place to stay with a family.

My family and I had booked a full week, and loved every minute of it. We have small kids, and everything was an ease. We look forward to booking this property in the future.

The pictures of this condo on AirBnB draw you in but staying here in person compels you to return. We found the home and accessed it easily. From the first moment we opened the door we were so impressed. The home was very clean, well kept, stocked with all the supplies and kitchen amenities we would need, thoughtfully decorated, and so welcoming. And the view... breathtaking! You really will see the uninterrupted beauty of the coastline from both the giant living room window and the balcony. You can be on the beach allowing the waves to hit your toes within a minute walk as beach access is just downstairs. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with inquiries. They made the entire process flow smoothly. I am happy to provide a 5 star review and sing the praises of both Village Realty and The Sandbar!
