You are just steps to the sand with easy beach access, at a great OBX surf spot. Take a short walk to local shops and restaurants like Ashley’s Coffee, Mom’s Sweet Shop, Brew Thru, as well as fun activities like mini-golf and go-carts. Linens, beach supplies, grill, WiFi, and much more are included.

Nestled in the heart of Southern Shores, our house is tucked away from the typical hustle and bustle of the resort areas of Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Duck, while being close enough for walk to the beach! A 15-minute bike ride into the town of Duck (2 bikes provided) will provide an afternoon with your friends and family, without the headache of traffic and parking. The house has dedicated workspace, gas fireplace, 42-inch HDTV with YouTube TV, sound system, and fiber internet WiFi.

Our home has a classic OBX beach cottage feel with a new twist. Renovated with a new kitchen, 2 new bathrooms and more! We are excited to welcome our guests and share our love for this beautiful island. We are steps to the beach and within walking or biking distance to many local restaurants, shops and attractions.

Stylishly remodeled! This designer decorated cottage is perfect for a family, group of friends, or couples getaway. The floor plan is open with lots of seating. Spacious decks are on both the front and back of the house, with a second level sunbathing deck and nice views of the ocean. Beach accesses are just a block away. You’re provided a beach cart, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella to enjoy your days by the ocean. The house is also a couple blocks from some great local restaurants.

Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. . We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and even an escape room.

The entire house is separate and has one bedroom, full bathroom, living room and full kitchen. Beautiful rose garden and trees surrounding the porch. Great energy for couples on honeymoon or others wanting spending quality time together. Walking distance to the Albemarle Sound and 5 minute drive to the beach. YMCA enjoy as well

Harmony Hut

Welcome to the Harmony Hut on the beautiful Outer Banks. We are centrally located in Kill Devil Hills. Less than a half mile to the beach and only several blocks to the sound. Grocery stores, restaurants and bars are all close by. There are bikes available in the shed out back to take a pleasant evening ride. After a long day on the beach, enjoy the private shower out back. I've lived on the beach for nearly 30 years. If you have any questions, just ask!

Our 100 year old cottage is nestled in the woods just a 5 minute drive from the ocean and only 1/2 mile to trails, boat ramp & kayak launch. Hit the beach or explore the sound during the day and enjoy our rustic retreat and it's awesome outdoor living space at night: herb garden, fire pit, grill and seating area. Inside raw wood beams, floor to ceiling pine and a loft that kids will love are just some of the unique features our little cabin offers!

Cave By The Waves- Pet Friendly, no pet fee

Our apartment is located on the first floor of our home, which is one of the only Solar Powered homes in the Outer Banks! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!
