In front of the house, there is free parking, outdoor chill space, and a garden. The house is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake and 30 minutes walk from the city centre. We also provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

The 1944 tells the story of a sculptor and carpenter dynasty. 15 minutes' walk to the center of Klagenfurt and 8 minutes' drive to the beautiful Wörthersee. Apartment is equipped with oiled oak floors and old Viennese-style doors. The property is separated so safe for children. 2 dogs live on the ground floor
