It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :).

Wir vermieten unser Cosy Lake Cottage für alle Naturliebhaber mit 85m² Wohnfläche und 300 m² privaten Seefläche nur für euch.Unser Besitz hat eine Park- und Waldanlage mit ca. 65.000 m². Sportliebhaber haben hier die Möglichkeit ungestört zu joggen, schwimmen, Spaziergänge zu machen oder einfach nur die Ruhe zu genießen. Das Haus verfügt über eine Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer (1 Schlafzimmer hat zusätzlich eine Ausziehcouch) gesamt 4 max 6 Personen, 1 Wohnküche, 1 Bad.

Villa Eva was renovated and newly furnished in July 2020. There is a large parking lot and garage in front of the house. The house has 6 rooms/studios with private bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, LCD TV, water heater, bed linen. The kitchen is separate in the lower rooms. In addition to the kitchen, there is also a washing/drying room and an exit to the garden, where a new summer kitchen and deckchairs have been installed.
