Lerne in romantischer Natur das Leben im Tinyhouse kennen. Das nachhaltige Tinyhouse wurde komplett in Eigenleistung entworfen und gebaut. Hoher Anspruch an Design und Materialien sowie ein atemberaubender Blick aus dem Panoramaschlafzimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen. Das verglaste Schlafloft mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Die schwebende Küchenzeile, ein Outdoor-Badezimmer, eine umfassende Bibliothek und viele versteckte Details sorgen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

In the rugged Upper Westerwald, directly on the wild and romantic Holzbach Gorge, where the Holzbach stream has carved its bed into the basalt over the millennia, the days are simply different. Longer, more eventful, more relaxing. Feel at home here and experience a special place to recharge your batteries, strength, and inspiration. A fire pit with firewood, a swivel grill and a kettle grill are available. Towels and bed linen are provided upon request (for an additional charge).

Baumhaus Bird's Nest am Rhein Burgen Weg

Unser Baumhaus in Waldnähe auf parkähnlichem Grundstück bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben ein komfortables, beheizbares, Queensize Luftbett (203x152 cm) aufgebaut und stellen Euch Bettwäsche zur Verfügung. Ihr habt Zugriff auf eine Outdoor Küche mit Gasgrill und Schwenkgrill auf offenem Feuer, Waschbecken und Gasherd. Es gibt Licht, Strom und WLAN. Das Schlafen in unserem Baumhaus gleicht dem Schlafen unter freiem Himmel, nur eben, dass man nicht nass wird :-)

This unique accommodation has a truly distinctive style. An apartment in the former hayloft of an old barn. Lovingly furnished with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. Living room with a balcony and breathtaking views (optionally two additional sleeping spaces on a comfortable sofa bed). Small but charming and functional kitchen. Bedroom with a double bed and desk. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. All surrounded by stunning scenery and a blooming garden.

Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe – so wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz einfach. Bei Tiny Flat 1 ist der Name Programm😊 Sie verfügt über ein kleines Schlafzimmer (14 qm) eine Mini Küche und ein Badezimmer. Die FeWo befindet sich im Erdgeschoss auf der linken Seite und hat einen separaten Eingang. Im Hinterhof gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück.

House overlooking the Rhine

The house is surrounded by greenery and yet close to the city. The panorama over the Rhine Valley and the city up to the Deutsches Eck is unique. The house is flooded with light. In the living room there is a Steinway grand piano and a library. Have breakfast in the conservatory or on the terrace in front of the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is particularly large and has its own bathroom. In three of the bedrooms, the mattresses have been on the floor so far.

Discover the beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Middle Rhine Valley on foot, by boat, by bike, climb and visit castles. Afterwards, relax with a glass of wine on the balcony and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Rhine. Between Bingen and Koblenz lies the enchanting Bacharach and above it the district of Neurath. You can see Stahleck Castle and Lorch Castle and turn into the premium Rheinburgenweg hiking trail right outside the front door for fantastic hikes.

Come visit us on the edge of the Westerwald (Rhine/Westerwald Nature Park) in the Sayntal and experience the charming apartment on a size of 75 square meters. The bright apartment, which was restored with a lot of natural materials and love, offers a high standard. With loving little touches and details, the apartment exudes a lot of coziness. A place to relax! We are already looking forward to interesting guests from all over the world.

Vacation home in Villa Rosa

We welcome you to Villa Rosa! Our Villa Rosa is located at the foot of the Ruppertsklamm gorge directly on the Lahn. We are a house community and there is a lot of life under our roof - 9 people, 3 cats and a dog share the grounds. The old manor house was formerly part of the turn-of-the-century factory next door. For more than 10 years we have been living and working together in the house and look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

The cozy ambience invites you to linger and is the ideal starting point for excursions. So you can explore the Maifeld, hike the dream paths, visit Eltz Castle, take part in a wine tasting on the Mosel or take a boat trip on the Rhine.
